Carpet cleaning and an estimate for air vent cleaning and tile cleaning. The carpets and area rugs look much better. I would’ve liked a bit more spotting on my bedroom carpet next to the bed. The area rugs look brand new no to keep everything looking as beautiful as it does now.

Fantastic company - I called them on less than a day’s notice to clean my ducts, and they did a phenomenal job. Communication was great, and plenty of before and after pictures and videos confirming the work that they did.

Do not ask them to clean the air duct for you. They told you they will clean the air duct from attic and will clean all the way down to ceiling open

We hired Rasmussen Cleaning Services in July 2024 after purchasing our home to handle a full-service cleaning—HVAC air ducts, carpets, tile & grout, area rugs, and the dryer vent. I found them online, and from start to finish, I was incredibly impressed. Rick (the owner) and his two sons arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and were courteous, professional, and respectful of our home. They were mindful of our pets and made sure to keep the front door closed. Their attention to detail was outstanding—they took their time, cleaned thoroughly, and made sure to tidy up after themselves in every space they worked.

Because they did such a great job the first time, I didn’t hesitate to call them back a year later for additional work. This time, both sons returned to clean our carpets and bathroom tile grout, and once again, they did an excellent job. Great job. They even helped me by shop vacuuming an overflowed washer for no extra charge. I had some mold, so the price was more than expected, but I was glad they caught it before it got too bad.

Tyler and Ian did a great job. There was one issue that when brought to this company‘s attention, was immediately corrected. All companies may have an issue now and then but I have to say that what makes a great company is what they do after a mistake is made to get it corrected. I strongly recommend this company for the projects they did for me.

Absolutely fantastic company. Owner is great to talk to over the phone. We had the pleasure of meeting his son, whom is one of the technicians, today. He was super friendly and didn’t mind at all that our doggo wanted to be his new bestie. They both (father and son) made sure that we knew the ropes of the process and that the floors will be wet and we’ll have to take extra precautions because of slip factor since carpets are wet and tile/wood can be slippery. This was extra important to me since my parents are on the older side and any slip can be very serious.

Carpets, even while wet, look visibly lighter which we are so very happy about. I can’t wait to see what it will look like in 24hrs after drying.

I utilized Rasmussen to clean my carpets, clean my airducts and also clean my grout. All three projects came out amazing! The crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so pleased with the service and communication from the team at Rasmussen. I found them through an ad and decided to give them a try. Due to the storm we had to reschedule but they called well in advice each time so we could plan (totally out of everyone’s control). Given my busy work schedule I really appreciated the clear communication. The service itself was also great. The house even smells fresher and they gave me a great deal. I’ll for sure use them again.

Fantastic cleaning service. Hired them for a carpet cleaning service and they were very friendly over the phone, answered every question, and booked an appointment ASAP. They use kid friendly and pet friendly products which is a huge plus and they broke down every explanation of what they do and how it works. I had some pet stains from when our dogs were pups that our Bissell pet vaccuum couldn't take care of. After their servive, I am not lying when I say my carpet has never been softer, the house smells great, and the stains are gone. I wish I had booked them sooner. I look forward to hiring them again in the future. 10/10 recommend.
