Truck driver on I635 southbound & exiting for i30 was driving so wrecklessly and speeding that it was impossible to get a truck number. seems to be a trend in other reviews. wouldn’t do service with this company due to how their drivers act in work vehicles

Way overcharged! We needed our (commercial) gas line pressure tested and permitted. Our landlord recommended APS Building Services. For the test and permit they charged us $1288.18. After getting the gas turned on, they returned to start up the heat side of the HVAC unit. They also replaced a bad thermostat. Cost $1319.55. Heat still didn't work. We had another company come out and fix the problem (cleaned the igniter). They charged us $225.47 for the visit. We will never use APS Building Services again! Buyer beware.

This company have a trend of driving recklessly. So no need to tell anyone they will chase you off the lane on 635. Time to file a complaint with dps and attorney general

Truck driver #264 , not sure if he’s late to work but he’s driving very fast in a 40

Looks like a common trend that the drivers of this company are reckless, I was cut off while doing 75 in the passing lane and brake checked after I flashed my high beams/honked. This happened on DNT this morning, 2/19/25.

Driver had the nerve to make gestures at me like I was in the wrong, lol.

Darrel, the technician who worked on our unit, did an outstanding job. He was not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly. We had an unfortunate incident where another company mistakenly serviced our unit instead of our neighbor's, which left our system in disarray. Darrel skillfully fixed all the issues they created, getting our system back up and running smoothly.

Mr Wang is awesome! He fixed our AC a free weeks ago and tonight it went off about 9pm. I called and he came right over, fixed it forno charge and was done in 20 min. Great service!
