I got locked out of my car with it running in a parking lot and one of their techs helped another kind stranger get me back in as he was leaving lunch. Didn't catch his name but he had a longhorns tattoo on his leg (hook em!). Can't attest for the company's advertised services but they apparently hired someone willing to help a stranded driver get back into their locked running car when roadside assistance is going to take a crazy long time. 5 stars
