We are completely satisfied with our new high SEER comfort system. Our installers arrived on time and they were professional and tidy through the entire removal and installation process.

We are also pleased that the old system was hauled away.

We were even given a demonstration of the system features as well as a demonstration of the system features as well as a demonstration of the newly installed smart thermostat.

Five Stars! Elton serviced my ailing unit lasy year. He came out both times on a busy day. Also, one time was during a Saturday BBQ that I was having. This year, I had to get a new unit. I received a great price and it was installed fast. I have referred Elite to many people. Also, get the maintenance plan.

Mr. Elton took care of my HVAC needs a couple of years ago. He was prompt, thorough with his assessment, effective, and efficient. He took the time to explain and was not trying to break my bank. I recall how honest he was. I am now in an apartment, so HVAC services are provided by management; but I definitely will refer friends and family.

I noticed my Air Conditioner drain pan in my attic was rusting and constantly filling up with water, and that the drain pipe outside my house just under the roof was constantly dripping water. Elton was super friendly and helpful in explaining the cause, and getting it fixed fast! He replaced the drain pan, did the regular maintenance on the AC unit, which I hadn't had done in years, and he also educated me on best practices for maintaining my heater and AC unit. He showed me how the drain pan had rusted through and was on the verge of leaking, which would have cost hundreds of dollars of damage to my roof if it had leaked.

He just became my permanent AC/Heater guy. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I have been doing business with Elite Air Tech for some time now. I called Elton after talking to my realtor about a unit at this house. Elton went out and looked at the unit before I purchased it and educated me. Mr. Elton treated me like a person and he values every customer as family. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Elite Air Techs and Elton, the owner. He has serviced my home in emergency circumstance and literally saved the day. I had an event planned one hot Dallas day and my AC went out 3 hours before it was to begin. I called Elton and he said he could be on the way in 30. He was true to his word and arrived to my house in less than an hour. Within 15 minutes he knew the issue and in 30 he was leaving my house, AC working again, thanks to him!

Elton was very professional and detailed. He explained what he was doing and made sure that it was done right. He took his time, and was very considerate. We called him in the middle of the night and he was willing to come out immediately if needed. He showed up on time, was polite and professional, and did great work. We will be using Elite Air Techs for all of our HVAC needs!

I originally called Elton out to inspect my grandparents house in 2022 I that I was buying/ remodeling. He did an inspection of the inside and outside units for a reasonable price. Let me know they were im good condition and didn't trying sell me anything I didnt need.

I just recently had my outside unit go out, and he showed up early the next day to take a look. He came in after inspecting the unit letting me know it was the capacitor that went out. He had already done the fix! Dude is super fast and honest.

If you want an honest AC hvac guy, this is your dude. I will always use him as long as he is in business.

Recently my ac unit had a leak.. the company I had been using faithfully for years came out and said over 6k to fix! My friend suggested Elton and I am so thankful he did. Elton was at my house within 2 hours and fixed the leak and put coolant in and charged me $1200! I will be a customer for life now!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. My A/C went out. I called this company. Felipe came out. He told me I needed an entire new unit & that he had to hire several guys to help him because it was too much work for him. He gave me an outrageous quote. He added labor for 4 more workers. I asked about the machine he has in picture to avoid more labor/workers costs. He said the machine was broke. What a coincidence. When I asked him to show me his license he became very rude and belligerent. He told me "What, are you going to ask me for my green card next because I'm Mexican!" I told him to leave my property. He insisted I pay him for coming to my house to check my A/C and quote. I told him I wasn't paying him a dime! He started to curse at me. I gave him one warning to leave or I would call the police. As he left he kicked over my chairs outside in the rage he was in. I would NOT recommend this company at all. Felipe definitely has anger issues. I don't know how he is still in business. Stay away from this psycho!

Felipe came within only about an hour after calling, and was able to fix our AC condesnsation pipe leak quickly without any trouble. Very nice and friendly guy and excellent service. Would gladly recommend them if you ever are in need of someone who can get the job done asap.
