I am in commercial real estate and there is not another company I will use. I cannot tell you how many times I have had a plumber quote me something outrageous, only to have LGC come out behind them and tell me the problem is not that bad and save me thousands of dollars. Just a few weeks ago a plumber told me we had a slab leak at a retail center and it would cost $29,000. LGC came out and it turns out the problem will only cost about $4K to repair. You won't find anyone more honest than them.

Did not solve our problem and ran up the bill. After four hours, wanted to come back for a video scope for $500+. to see what they needed to do. Called another plumber who solved the problem in 20 minutes. Should have believed their one-star review in yelp

I had a very disappointing experience. The plumber came in for less than five minutes, failed to identify the problem, and still billed me for 1.75 hours of service. I have video evidence confirming how brief the visit was. I later had to call my AC technician, who quickly found the real issue—a broken exhaust pipe on the roof—and fixed it right away. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of proper diagnosis and the inaccurate billing

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! CALLED FOR EMERGENCY AND THEY COULDNT TELL ME HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE, THEN THEY REFUSED TO CALL FOR THE EMERGENCY PERSON AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT USE

I HAVE USED WINSTEAD PLUMBING OVER A 30 YEAR SPAN OF TIME. THEY ARE GREAT! I HAVE HAD THEM DO MINOR REPAIRS A FEW TIMES. THIS TIME, THEY INSTALLED A NEW BOX & SHUT OFFS FOR THE WATER COMING INTO THE HOUSE, ADDED A HOSE CONNECTOR & SHUT OFF THAT I DON'T HAVE TO GET ON MY HANDS & KNEES TO USE. THEY ALSO EXTENDED A WATER LINE & A NEW SPICKET BY OUR BACK GATE & REPLACED AN ORIGINAL 1 ON THE PATIO. FINALLY THEY RECONFIGURED A BATH THAT WAS A TUB SHOWER TO BECOME A SHOWER ONLY. AS ALWAYS, THEY WERE CURTIOUS, EFFICIENT & LEAVE NO MESS. WE HIGHLLY RECOMMEND WINSTEAD PLUMBING FOR ANY & ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS. THEY GIVE YOU A QUOTE THEY STICK TO. THEY ARRIVE AS SCHEDULED & MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. WE HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. REALLY WISH THERE WERE MORE BUSINESSES AS GOOD AS WINSTEAD PLUMBING.

One of their trucks just flew through our gated apartment community. It was going well above the posted limit pulling a trailer making lots of noise. Doubtful they're out here on a call.

Horrible company may come out look at the job and then they leave without saying a word I have a call about 3 to 4 times to ask what was issues what happened or you’re going to be able to do it so then I get a phone call that they will call me back they never did so I had to call the office the lady that answered the phone was very rude disrespectful then they try to tell me he was going to be a different price from the first time they gave me a price point blank is if he couldn’t answer my question when I asked left me there hanging I had people there waiting on them and they decided just to leave without to saying a word!!!!
