I appreciate the fact that they took time to explain what was wrong with our plumbing first rather than just charging us right away. They answered all my questions and did a great job with locating and fixing our leak.

This place is awful. It took a full week after I already paid for someone to come out to my place because they kept re scheduling me. Why were they rescheduling? Because they had the wrong phone number and address. It took me 6 different days giving them the correct number for them to fix anything. And what did I get for the inconvenience? Not a single thing. I asked for a small reimbursement and they said that since my repair was only $400 they will not issue out anything.

This company is beyond unprofessional would not use, and they will not give you back a cent.

We had a sewer issue come up and called RPS for a quote. The plumber gave us a quote that seemed a bit high, so we reached out to another plumbing company and the quote was ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS cheaper. Not really sure what the deal was, but I will not be using them in the future and certainly will be getting multiple quotes for pretty much anything going forward.

I recently had a flooding in my house at 11 p.m. and had NO IDEA what to do or who to call, I googled 24 hour plumbing service and RPS came up as well as a few others. They weren't the first ones that I called BUT they were ONE of the ONLY ONES that answered AND the ONLY ONE that said they would be at my home within 30-45 minutes, NOT by 8am!!!! RPS Plumbing is my company to utilize from this point forward and it should be yours as well!!! By the way their pricing was about $100 less than their other 2 competitors who answered their phones BUT "couldn't"(WOULDN"T!!) come out until 8am the following morning!! Thanks Thomas Tucker for your fast and friendly service!!

They are working unprofessional. You should give a chance another plumbers instead of him. All they are doing is stealing money.

Very professional very neat and clean highly recommend this company to anyone remodeling their home or any plumbing problem. Highly experienced technicians.

A bit disorganized and indecisive. Didn't seem to think things through that well clearing a blocked main which was pretty annoying when I was in a hurry to get it done. I cut them some slack on that though because they did take off the charge for a failed attempt that was made because they didn't want to go out into the heat to do it the right way on the roof.

Kinda puts it over the edge that they borrowed my auger, broke a tip off it, and then never replaced it, even after multiple requests.

They charged me $800 for basically nothing. They spent 7 hours and didn’t fix it. After them I had to call another plumber and they fixed the problem in 30 minutes for $250. I’d recommend you to call another plumbers and get a quote before these guys . They don’t even know what to do. They don’t have the necessary equipments either.

Being responsible for commercial buildings I look at not just cost for a job but also, almost more importantly, communication. Clear communication with the techs is imperative and LGC has not disappointed. The techs will always give detailed explanations of what they will need to do to resolve the plumbing problem and offer options if applicable. I've never felt any of my questions were not answered. I believe their prices to be reasonable and they will always give a proposal when requested. Their service is stellar. To top it off, someone will always answer the phone!
