I've had Neal's replace 2 A/C units, at different times. They were amazing to work with. Gershon, Noe, and Arturo took care of everything so quickly and quietly whike I was on video call meetings. Fabulous company.

Neal AC did a fantastic job communicating and helping us decide how we wanted to solve our AC issues. They showed up on time, did fantastic work, and had the best pricing between the 3 quotes I recieved. I would highly recommend letting Neal AC work on your unit!

Absolutely excellent service. Chris and Gersham and the rest of the team at Neal hvac installed a new unit at my house and they did an aboslutely excellent job. With attention to detail, punctuality, communication, care for the property and fair and honest pricing. I don’t know where to start. I thought it was crazy that a company would have a perfect 5-star rating here, but they are not kidding. I now understand! Great experience all around. My furnace wasn’t working and Chris was quick to schedule, very responsive. G and Juan showed up on time and figured out what was wrong, did a fantastic job, very friendly, very professional. They went so far as to remove their shoes when entering, I can’t even get my own family to do that. Great price too. They even neatened up the gas connection. I will 100% be using Neal HVAC for anything that comes up in the future.

2025 Review:

15 years ago, Chris at Neal HVAC saw how helpless/desperate my wife and I were with our hobbling AC system. He took amazing care of us and installed a new HVAC system with all the bells and whistles available at the time. He basically made a customer for life in 2010. 15 years *later*, Chris and his team did exactly the same thing with our new 2025 HVAC system. Flawless installation in less than a day (and with perfectly mild weather to boot), meticulous cleanup, and fantastic customer service as always. For 3 dudes rooting around in our hallway and attic installing the thing, you'd have thought they were trained by ninjas. Throughout the entire day, Chris, Juan and G didn't disrupt or "get in the way" of my wife and I while we worked from home, and got it all done without a hitch. Chris even updated the pedestal that our outside unit would sit on so now it will remain safe, dry and out of the way of any rainwater. Excellent job, but who are we kidding -it was totally expected. Thanks again Chris and Neal HVAC! You guys are the best.

Neal HVAC has outstanding service and has truly exceptional people. I've used them several times, and they've been fantastic every time. A while back, I had a serious problem that another company couldn't fix despite over a year of repeated visits and multiple charges. I gave up on them and called Neal HVAC and they came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and resolved it right away.

Most recently, I had a small problem and they came out immediately. The technicians arrived, pinpointed the issue right away, fixed it efficiently, and was on their way. Everyone I've dealt with is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The owner treats you like he's working on his own home with no high-pressure sales, no scare tactics, no pushing unnecessary upgrades. Just honest, reliable service.

I picked them because they are locally owned and had a wall of five-star reviews. Now I know why. When I called, the owner answered the phone himself and was out at my house within hours to look over the system. That alone impressed me.

What I appreciated most was how straightforward he was. I told him I like simple systems and do not want to be upsold into a bunch of extras. He was exactly that kind of guy. Honest, practical, and easy to talk to. He gave me confidence right away.

The install team was just as good. They went out of their way to be friendly, communicative, and respectful throughout the job. You could tell right away this is a team with a great culture. They show up like they enjoy working together, take pride in the work, and actually care about the customer experience.

Quickly diagnosed the problem. Offered multiple solutions. Very polite and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I needed to get quotes on having my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned so I called Quality Cooling & Heating. They had Nate come out to give me a quote the very next day! Nate was professional, thorough and very respectful of my property. Nate gave us four different quotes and explained everything well. He even returned my husband’s call to answer his questions personally and on the same day! Since we have not yet decided which quote to take, this review is only in reference to setting the appointment and my interaction with Nate. When we decide what work we will have done, I’ll review the quality of the job.

Some of the best service I've received locally here in Georgetown! Travis and Eric were very professional, explained everything in detail as to what needed to be repaired. Can't recommend these guys enough!! Awesome, quick work!!

Top notch company! Balde our technician was excellent. He saved our outdoor unit after it stopped working one evening. No other company could make it out same day but Quality Cooling and Heating had someone to our house within the hour. We signed up for the maintenance program to keep our system running smooth. We also upgraded our air quality system to Balde’s recommendation. Our experience was a 10/10. We’ll be recommending our family and friends for their HVAC needs.

Such a great experience with this company. I found them randomly online but in the last week I've met 5 of their technicians and installation people and every one of them was fantastic. So polite and patient with my questions. Balde and Sammy were both so knowledgeable! Balde even brought out an additional flashlight to let my son "help." I will be using them moving forward.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the service I received from my technician Tyler, and how grateful I am for the time and effort he spent in diagnosing the issue with my furnace. 3 other technicians from a different company had come to my house, their visits were brief, and their assessment was incorrect each time. Tyler spent a few hours at my home, thoroughly assessing the problem. Several times, he took time to talk to me and explain what he had found. It was a difficult issue to uncover, but he was able to figure it out and fix the problem. Not only was he extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he was also very polite and personable. He is an amazing representation of your company, and I hope that he receives the appreciation and recognition that he deserves. I highly recommend Quality Heating and Cooling for any of your repair needs. They repaired our heater this past winter on the coldest day of the year. Then today, two days before Easter and a house full of family coming over, our kitchen sink decided to stop up…. ugh!! So, I called quality heating and cooling again and they arrived in record time. Eric, our technician was able to diagnose our issue, which was not an easy thing to do, we had multiple problems. However, he was able to get everything back in proper working condition that same day. Eric was highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
