Neal's Heating & AC in office management was very knowledgeable about the AC/Heat systems that he was describing and was able to give me a quote over the phone. They were quick to respond and were able to start work within two working days. Their had very good pricing compared to the other competitors. The installation team was very professional and worked with a positive attitude. They worked diligently to get our new system installed!!!

Getting a new A/C is rarely something you want to have to do, and it never goes out when its good weather! But Chris and team did a great job getting us back up and cool. They didn't charge for the initial troubleshooting and estimate, were not pushy at all (big one for me)
Also while A/Cs are NOT cheep they were very competitive and responsive everyone on the team was great, and it was great to see young guys working working hard in a trade!

I want to start off by saying if your looking for an all around hvac company for any kind of work, this is the place to go. Our system kicked the bucket in the middle of July, and Chris had me setup the next day for an on site appointment; and just a few days later we had a complete new system installed for less than what I was expecting. Arturo and his crew were super cool and down to earth and knocked out a clean install in a short period of time. What takes Neil's to the next level is that a month after my install I was having a problem with my system; and when I texted them on a Saturday morning I had an appointment made in less than an hour. Arturo showed up 2 hours after my initial message, and replaced my thermostat under warranty; on a Saturday morning! These guys are legit and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Neal Heating & AC came out and replaced a contractor that was giving us some trouble. The guys were great. They were on time. and did a wonderful job explaining everything that they were doing and why. Will definitely be who I call for any future problems or when I need a new unit.

We recently worked with Neal HVAC, and we couldn't be more impressed. I called Chris at 6:18pm on Tuesday and he answered on the third ring. He took his time walking me through AC pricing and assuring me they would take care of replacing our broken down unit with a new Carrier top of the line unit. Many of my neighbors used Neal’s and they were extremely happy with the service. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and customer service were top-notch. The technicians were punctual, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Wednesday early afternoon they came out to the house to look over what was needed and by Thursday we had our new unit installed.
Not only did they provide a thorough explanation of the process, but they also made sure everything was running optimally before leaving. My home is now cooler and more comfortable than ever, all thanks to their dedication and skill. First thing I would like to say is this has been a long process trying to replace 2 AC units. I received 4 estimates before Chris With Neil's Heating & AC who was highly recommended by several of my neighbors came out and I received 7 in total Neil's had the best estimate and I didn't have to settle for the lowwer end equipment. Chris the owner of the company was very profesional and was able to sell his services without having to add alot of fluff. I was very happy with the workmanship of his install team Arturo, Noe and G they where efficient and showed alot of pride in their work they also explained all the functions of the equipment and how to properly maintain it. Having to replace Your AC can be a along and stressful process but you and your pockets will appreciate choosing Neil's Heating and AC.

They responded quickly to schedule a visit, provided a thorough overview of their services, and explained their installation process clearly. Their bid came in as the most competitive, and they were able to schedule the installation within just two days.

My husband and I recently purchased our home and knew we would likely need a complete HVAC replacement sooner rather than later. We called Neal’s to come check our old systems and give us a quote for a new system. One of our units used R22 so we realized we would need to replace it as Freon is hard to get for those and it was low. Our upstairs unit was functional but not great. Jesse helped us understand our old units and advised us on how to improve the heating and cooling in our home. After some thought and many questions, we decided to replace both our upstairs and downstairs units with Carrier Performance systems.

Neal’s was able to get us in the same week we signed the contract and our install was done in one day. Arturo, Gersham, Noe, and Jesse did a great job on our installations. They were respectful to our home, taking care to protect our home from damage and we were blown away at how much nicer the interior and exterior units looked. These guys take the time to really make everything look great. Our systems are running well so far and we’ve already seen an improvement in the humidity levels and cooling in our house. We also appreciated the text alerts for scheduling and arrival.

Chris and his team are first class. They went the extra mile to insure my satisfaction and the price was very fair I believe. I would recommend them to anyone with out any hesitation. They made a very uncomfortable situation for my family as easy as I think possible. If you have A/C needs do yourself a favor and call them.

Feb 19, 2026- Had to get filters installed but was unable to remove the cover due to extra sealant blocking it. Gershom and Juan came out the same day and took care of it and replaced the filters at the same time. Quick and efficient.

Chris and his team (Gershom, Juan) did an amazing job with installing our new AC units - from giving a very competitive quote on day one, answering all of our questions honestly and direct, advising us on options - to coming on time and installing the units (furnace and condenser). They worked all day to get them installed and even came by after to do QC and make the necessary changes. We would highly recommend Chris and his company Neal Heating & AC. Thankful they came out to replace our whole unit. After being told by another company we would spend anywhere between 15k - 25k. Neal Heating and AC came in at a price we thought was more fair. They came with the recommendation from two family members and did not fail us. Chris is well versed in his trade, and earned the trust of my husband, which is sometime a hard feat to concur.
