Tony and his crew did a fabulous job and we were very impressed with how polite they were to us but also to each other. They were here for a full day, worked together very efficiently to clean our air ducts, change out our plenum boxes , clean our vent covers and even cleaned up well at the end of the day. Overall this was a great experience!

Both Daniel Weimar and Sammy Dumonte were professional and courteous they installed a complete AC unit and ductwork in 1.5 days. Excellent work unit works great.

Raul came over to inspect the AC and quoted the price for a new AC system due to the law changes for R410 to R32. It’s going to cost a small fortune but we will be future proofed with a 10 year warranty for parts and labor. Raul did a great job and found the leak on the outside coils and also saw that the upper attic unit was leaking water and not draining properly. Would recommend Quality Cooling and Heating. They are super busy for a reason.

Tony and Riley are awesome. They got the upper unit install and outside unit install up to code and we have nice cold AC and warm heating. They both did a clean/safe job and would recommend them and Quality, Cooling & Heating again. It took all day for the install, but was well worth it. New R32 refrigerant, so we have peace of mind for the future.

Raul was amazing. Got to our shop greeted himself professionally and ask thorough questions. Raul was able to get are A/C unit up and running quickly and proficiently. After fixing our system he then walked me through the process and explained in detail what he had to do. If I could give more stats I would. Great job Raul.

A few months ago are AC spread water everywhere and stopped working. I forgot his name but the technician helped fix the problem permanently and well, gave us important information so we understood what happened and helped to prevent any future problems.

Tyler did an excellent job in servicing our AC UNIT. He took the time to go over everything he did and all the measurements on the units and what each meant.
He is very professional and knowledgeable.

Dan showed up to fix my A/C they quoted me 45 minutes and he was there in 30. Fixed my unit in about 15 minutes. He was friendly and professional explaining the details and answered all my questions. I can’t think of a single thing that he could have done better.

Quality did a great job explaining the current condition of my HVAC system and thorough review of what Quality would recommend to replace.

Raul was amazing! He took his time diagnosing our issue and didn’t try to rush even when he showed up here at 4ishpm and did not leave until he had an answer for us and that was around 7ish pm. Again great guy and courteous of our house no shoes in the house rule, he put on booties when he entered

Communication was good and the technician arrived on time. That said, charging $1,200 for an hour of labor to replace a $100 condenser motor is price gouging and predatory. They won't tell you the price beforehand until you've paid them to come out.

Sammy and his team did a fantastic job with the complete AC installation. They came and installed the window units day before install. Excellent communication, quality of work, professionalism and courteousness. Installed a new attic ladder, pointed out things I need to get done in the future backed by photos of everything. Extremely pleased with the overall service provided!

I don’t often leave reviews, however I will for my experience with Quality Cooling and Heating. Firstly the tech they had come out Eric was amazing. He noticed I was active duty military and added a discount without me ever even asking. To those that say the price may be a little high for services / repairs rendered, I would implore you to wait until you see the detailed pictures of the process these folks have to complete in order get things up and running again. Me and my wife travel quite a bit for work and it is surprising how quickly things can break down in a home if you don’t regular check up on things. Our case was the hot water heater coils/thermostat and kitchen faucet pressure. Eric confirmed my suspicions however YouTube only gets you so far doing it on your own, he was very professional and the peace of mind of having it done right is invaluable. Would highly recommend this company for your home repair needs, I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. I am ecstatic my Wife and I can take a hot shower finally.

First Impressions Matter — and Quality Cooling & Heating Delivered

We recently moved to Georgetown and needed a reliable HVAC company. After hearing great things through word of mouth and local Facebook groups, we checked out Quality Cooling & Heating. Their stellar Google reviews sealed the deal.
Yesterday afternoon, one of our AC units went out. I used their online scheduling tool early this morning, and within 20 minutes, I received a confirmation call. Amazingly, the technician was at our house within the hour.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the unit running again in just 15 minutes. I also shared some concerns about our 20-year-old ductwork. He took a look, explained the situation clearly, and proposed a replacement plan that made sense to us. The earliest I was available was next Monday, and shortly after he left, I received both an email and a text confirming the appointment.
I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing the quality of their work next week. If it’s anything like today’s experience, I know I’ll be happy.

The technician arrived promptly, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. I truly appreciated the fast and courteous service. Awesome! Nate came and did the Air Quality Inspection. He was very thorough, taking pictures and then sitting with me and explaining the results. He then gave me options to solve the issue in my system. I made my choice and am looking forward to having the work done in less than a week. Nate's customer service skills and his positive attitude were great to experience. And he put on shoe covers without being told...

Sammie D came today for a system check. I felt that the dampers needed an adjustment, not enough air flow into 1 bedroom. He made some necessary adjustments and the airflow throughout the house is much improved. House is cooling down well.

It's Texas...our AC went out...the Quality team came highly recommended and they fully exceeded expectations. We got quotes from several local companies- Quality spent time, educated us, patiently and diligently answered ALL our questions, and quoted the exact same units at the best price. Install- it was done *right*. It wasn't fast per say, but it was right and the team kept us posted throughout. It's a small family business focused on integrity and service and it shows. We received white glove service from the owner to the installers. Kind, courteous, instant family. The job is well done and solid, which means everything to us.
