Updated: I was contacted by the GM of Dallas and it looks like we are on the right track to resolution. Quick 24 hour turnaround which is greatly appreciated.
Original issue: I was originally quoted over $19k for whole house gutter replacement. After negotiations the price came down to what I ended up paying, which was: $12,492. While I realized this was still steep for gutters, I thought the product was interesting and I liked that it protected my roofline from water damage. The installers arrived and replaced about 90% of my gutters. Turns out the salesperson missed a 12 foot section. This resulted in numerous escalations from me.

My experience with LeafGuard was absolutely fantastic! Sean M. walked me through exactly what their product is, how it operates, and what their lifetime warranties include. He explained everything to me in great detail, and made things easy for me to understand. Not only that, but he took three hours of his time getting to know me and then familiarizing me with the product. He invested his time into me and made sure I knew what I would be purchasing. Definitely 5-star customer service!

On top of all that, he made sure that I walked away with a purchase plan that was affordable for me. For anyone looking for quality product that comes with quality care and increases your quality of life, I’d suggest LeafGuard. I want to say the only reason I’m leaving this bad review is because I can’t get anyone to call me back. My salesman Rusty was top notch. I called him answered on the first ring, unfortunately he moved on from the company but assured me that the GM Josh would take care of this small issue of overflow that I’m having. I have called Josh multiple times still nothing, I called the corporate office talked to the robot and was told someone would reach out within 24 to 48 hours. Still nothing and just don’t understand with the price of the job I didn’t expect this kind of service.
Great product no major complaints just hope you don’t need anything after they think the job is completed.

Leaf guard installed my new gutters and Kenneth Williams was the sales rep. He came to my house, measured everything and made it all a pleasant experience. Even when a family emergency came up, he was considerate and worked with us to get everything situated on our time.

Mr. Sean is a great representative of the Leaf guard team. His courteousness, professionalism, knowledge of the company product line and his humbleness is unmatched. His willingness to go the extra mile to explain price points and warranties was well received. The pricing may or may not be sticker shock but the different incentives can assist with cost. Met with Brian Robinson to discuss installing Leafguard at my residence. Brian arrived on time and introduced himself and immediately I got the feeling that he was a people person based on his demeanor. After doing his inspection he showed me the areas where water had caused some damage and what could be done to fix the problems before things got worse. Brian was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Normally I would take time to think about making a decision involving the amount of money I would be responsible for., but Brian made sure I was comfortable with what I would pay every month and not have to struggle with payment for the Leafguard system and also be comfortable with my other bills. I was very impressed with Brian and his friendly attitude was very refreshing.

Kenneth Williams is a good man! He explained everything to me about Leaf Guard found me a good deal work starts tomorrow.

Austin came over and did an inspection before sitting down with me and answering all of my questions. He wasn't pushy and explained everything thoroughly. Their product is exactly what I was looking for and I am looking forward to the next time it rains

First, I'd really like to get with other customers and compare prices. Why isn't there a plain so much per sq, foot, and so much for corners, etc.? I was quoted a huge 19,000. to start, and then given all these "discounts" that brought it down to still quite a lot. They are the only game in town for this type of gutter, and what ever they state they'll probably get, if someone wants this system bad enough.
Second, once they get your money they are gone baby. At the install by Leo and Osmond, they told me there were a couple of spots where they thought is might have to be reinforced, and to watch these when it rained, and they would come right back out and fix it. So, it rained and sure enough there was waterfalls where there should not be. And because the water is now funneled from across an expanse, the waterfalls are cutting ruts into my yard. I called and I've talked with Josh Fowler who is General Manger and left a couple of messages for Nestor Martinez, the Production Manager. Then I called the number for Pete Predmore, whose suppose to be the Regional Manager. The number is not answered except by recording that promises a call back. It's been 6 weeks and I've not heard from anybody. If I have someone else fix it that probably negates my warranty. If I had it to do over I wouldn't' use them. If you're thinking about using them, try calling a repair line first. Or better yet contact other customers for price and then decide if you got a "Deal".

Sean Mansfield is an amazing and outstanding representative of this company and he answered all our questions thoroughly, and we found him very kind, positive, helpful and honest as well as thorough.

Illegally solicits door to door in violation of city ordinance. Their sales people try multiple times throughout the day to make contact, disregarding obvious signage which legally requires them to leave the property alone. And before the company tries to say it's not their sales people, look at the shirt.

Our representative, Jeff Phillips, was very professional. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. The installation was done promptly and the installer went over all the details. We are very pleased with the results.

We knew that the gutters work because we had them on a previous home. We turned to Leafguard because our gutters required maintenance due to our oak trees.

I believe that the Leaf Guard product not only will protect my home but will add value to it. I don’t mind paying for quality and reliability. My Salesperson was educated and a pleasure to talk with. My installation team was quick and polite. They ran into a few issues and were professional with suggesting solutions. No upcharge, just genuine care for the functionality of the system. This company offers discounts for veterans and first responders. They are American made and veteran owned. I am proud to have their product on my home, and look forward to them installing on my customers houses as well.

I am a widow of a Vietnam Veteran. My husband, Al never felt appreciated by his service to our country after coming back from Vietnam. Brian was very interested in hearing Al’s story. He inspected our house that we lived in for past 40 years and found a number of problems with our foundation. So glad to have Leafguard gutters back on my house! In 2024, house hit with hail storm. Roofing contractor strongly encouraged me to move to "better" gutter system to replace damaged Leafguard gutters. Bad advice - I have many trees hanging over my house, which needed me to use special brush to keep gutter screens cleaned. Leafguard salesperson, Jeff Phillips, patiently listened to my story, we did walk-around, he did his evaluation and presented no-pressure proposal. Installation was excellent. Before starting, crew leader (Oafma--?sp) showed where the many downspouts would be placed, asked if I had any problem water areas, and gave suggestions. Once job finished, crew did excellent clean-up job. I can't thank my salesperson and the installation crew enough - 10 STARS to all.
