Destroyed my plumbing and worsened my foundation. Never called to check on my satisfaction. Only sent letters to tell me that my warranty would be cancelled if I didnt get my plumbing fixed. I did. $23,000 to get it fixed. Now I have cracks in my walls from the foundation being broken by them. Very dissatisfied!
Actually, they turned my foundation into a jigsaw puzzle. An 18” thick jigsaw puzzle!
Anyone notice that they only comment on good reviews? No concern for dissatisfied customers, at all. No class whatsoever! Ill never be able to sell my house on the market due to their negligence. Last time I will update this review. Nothing else I can say, other than, I don't recommend.

Transferred a warranty from old homeowners to us 5 years ago and today had an inspection done before we sell house… perma pier rep (Greg) was on time, kind, talked me through the rooms as he did them so I wasn’t stressed the whole time, warranty wasn’t difficult like most places to get them to honor to fix the piers that need lifting, and the one other repair option we could need was SO affordable. Absolutely recommend them to anyone- specifically Greg!

James Kern visited our home and did an amazing job explaining the issues we're facing, the remedy, and the process. He took more time than most to answer all of our questions and was a delight to work with. We'd highly recommend the Perma Pier team to anyone facing foundation issues.

Had M A J O R foundation issues (thanks, North Irving soil) and got quotes from 4 different foundation companies in the DFW area. James Kerr came and spent long time in, around, and under my house to give me an accurate quote. Perma Pier was the lowest of all the quotes and they did the work on time, efficiently, and very well. I can’t believe the difference! They also installed drainage around my house to divert future water and put grading soil around my house too. The work crew just went above and beyond and I feel like I got what I paid for. Recommend these guys big time. 👍🏼

Requested an inspection before putting my mom’s house on the market. The inspection was scheduled quickly and conducted by Van Carlson. He was very professional and knowledgeable and best of all said we didn’t need any work done!! I highly recommend this company and especially Van.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They will quote you low to get their foot in the door and your foundation won’t be fully corrected so at your warranty inspection they quote you $10,000 more. Horrible company. Scam artists.

Perma Pier came out to inspect a foundation that was flagged as potentially having some issues by my clients home inspector. Our Technician, Mark Jennings, arrived promptly and provided us with a report of the measurements and spent time educating my clients about foundationd and how to care for their future new home's foundation. We were given a clean bill of health - no work needed!!!

Mark provided a professional foundation report and gave solid advise on how to remedy our situation without recommending piers. He will definitely be my "Go To" foundation specialist moving forward.

After 6 months cracks are back and bigger than before. have a broken water pipe under the house and wont even respond to me. The pipe is between 2 of the piers they installed. My sprinkler system worked perfect before they worked on the house, but since I didn't buy their sprinkler insurance they wont fix what damaged. They left many holes at the piers that i have had to fill in myself. I am afraid that my house will be a total loss.

Van evaluated our foundation today, we were concerned about some cracks on our walls.
He checked all rooms, and found very minimal movement. He advised us to put soaker around the foundation. Very happy to hear his report, last year we had two other companies evaluate, they were asking $10k and $3300.

As usual, Perma Pier didn't disappoint! My client needed an inspection and they sent their technician, Van, out same day. I appreciate that they are always honest and don't try to "sell" people... as a Realtor, I've seen so much of that from foundation companies.
