What a ripoff! They convinced me that their gutters are the best. I now have "Tiger" stripes on my gutters that they told me they won't clean, as they are an environmental issue. If that is so, why are they evenly distributed throughout my gutters?

Also to have them look at the problem, they charged me a $95 service fee! And they won't clean them, they suggested I do it.

Sean Mansfield, our sales representative, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We had numerous questions, and Sean was always there to provide answers. The Leaf-guard installation team was highly professional and did an excellent job. The gutters look great and are functioning well so far. I’m eagerly looking forward to using the vacation voucher. Brian Robinson with Leafguard came out to my newly purchased/ built home and walked around with me, assessing the issues that the water flow around my property created. I had a few concerns with pricing since I had just purchased my home 6 months prior. I'm already in a few home makeover projects and the President David Rosser was very understanding. He did all he could to get me the most comfortable pricing. I had my gutters installed 2 days later. The crew was amazing and very communicative. My bathroom tiles had stubborn stains and discoloration that I thought would never go away. After the cleaning service, everything looked brighter and much cleaner. The grout lines were restored and the whole bathroom feels refreshed

He drove from Grand Prairie to benbrook to fix a clogged toilet and while here he cleaned up the mess made by the previous workers this morning and noticed then addressed and issue with the toilet flapper despite it being completely unrelated to the clog. He then provided me with his company information incase we had another issue through the evening. As someone who works in customer service I cannot stress enough how amazing his customer service is. He’s kind and explains the issue and what he’s doing very well. 10/10 would recommend
