Perma Pier did a great job on our foundation repair. From start to finish, this was process was clear and on schedule. Van was very helpful in explaining everything and level setting on expectations (ie work scope, inspections, cost, and schedule).

I want to give a big thank you to Luis from Perma Pier Foundation Repair. He came out to inspect my home and did an outstanding job. Luis was on time, professional, and very thorough with his evaluation. He walked me through everything he was checking, explained the results clearly, and gave me honest feedback about my foundation without trying to push unnecessary repairs.
It’s rare to meet someone in this industry who takes the time to educate the homeowner while being so transparent. Luis’s knowledge and professionalism gave me a lot of peace of mind. Even though no repairs were needed, I feel confident that if I ever do need foundation work in the future, Perma Pier will be the first company I call.
