This contractor does very unprofessional piping work on natural gas piping and doesn’t provide adequate support for the piping or properly tie it down to prevent it from being blown around. They are are an accident waiting to happen!

Worked with a contractor from Polk at a waste facility. They wanted me 2 other guys to perform maintenance on pipe that is used in bio solids. HUMAN WASTE! POLK contractor didnt have proper ppe or anything. He said we needed hepatitis shot to even work there tell me why no one had except for him!

No experience with their work, but their drivers are very unprofessional and were cutting cars off in the middle of rush hour. No signal and was almost hit several times. License plate number CFB6429.

They take no responsibility for their Unqualified Faulty work. Their technicians will mistreat your equipment. Then they will bill you to repair mistakes made by their technicians. They will put a lien on your business if then cannot make you pay. They also overcharge for all parts. You can buy parts directly from Texas Air Systems for less.

I run a specialty heated fitness facility. Climate control runs my business. I had a maintenance agreement for a Nortec Humidifier. At the time, Polk had the only technicians "certified" to work on this humidifier in Houston.

Upon completing a routine maintenance check, the Polk technician reassembled my Nortec Humidifier incorrectly. It sputtered and leaked all over the equipment and laundry below it. I almost had to close my doors for 48 hours. I had to drive all over three counties to locate backup humidifiers just to keep my business open. Customers wanted their money back because the room conditions were inconsistent.

Polk never took responsibility for their error. Instead they charged me $814 to send the same technician out after hours to repair it.

Robbie was truly amazing. very friendly and respectful. Very thorough and honest when it came to the problem and how we can prevent this in the future. You have a great employee here!

Though I did not receive their service, they have rude drivers, the one I encountered today was speeding, honking, swerving between cars, nearly hit myself and a few others, as well as tailgating. I wasn’t going to say anything but I looked at previous reviews and saw that this is not the first time this has happened. The incident I witnessed took place on the 423 heading north near Frisco. Just for this experience alone I will not call utilize this company

I called in to get clarification on why the apartment complex I live at the AC always goes down every weekend. The response was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was cut off “did we work on your specific unit.” When I started to answer again he cut me off and demanded to answer his question. I told him that I am. We don’t have specific unit based system but one main system. Then he misunderstood what I said and told me that I need to contact his offices on Monday and hung up. Your service technicians need to be trained on customer service. You only have a high review because you are getting your employees to rate you positive. Your company is a joke.

Polk is a growing mechanical company in the area.

Why would you park a commercial vehicle right here where your truck is sticking out into the area where cars are suppose to be able to pass.

Never heard of this company until observing one of their marked vehicles driving down the highway. They need to remind their employees they represent the company when in one of their vehicles. Would not recommend based on the driver of this vehicle today.

I recently bought a house about a year ago. Since we have moved in, we have had our HVAC System go out twice. Two different HVAC companies have came out and stated the issues were leaks. They both patched the so called leaks and then charged us an insane amount of money. Our AC went out again for a 3rd time 7 months after the prior repair. I was referred to QRF Medhanical Services LLC by a general contractor here in DFW. QRF came out and were able to identify the issue within an hour. Both our outside and inside units were not compatible together. They offered us a brand new HVAC System, furnace, with works on the ducts for an amazing price. They were able to come and do all the work within a day. Highly recommend them
