QRF is phenomenal. When finding out that I had gone almost a week without A/C they were quick to come out for a quote, provide a quote, and even scheduled me early the next day for installation. While other companies took up to 2 days to send a quote their's was instant. They were also the best offer out of 5 estimates and provide easy to use financing. Luis and his staff were very kind and professional. I will be sending all my friends and family to them. I can not say enough food things about them. Truly a company that cares about the people and isn't trying to make a quick buck.

As large property manager in N Texas I use QRF exclusively as my HVAC vendor on all my homes. Prices cheaper than most. If fact he gets us name brands cheaper than the other vendors I used for off brands. What sets him way apart is his customer service always educating clients with his knowledge to prevent future breakdowns. He is dependable and reliable in all areas. I couldn't be happier which is why I am loyal to his company for all 170 of my homes.

A good friend recommended QRF Heating & Cooling after they replaced her HVAC system. When our A/C unit quit working I decided to give them a call to schedule an appointment. Luis showed up on time and provided an estimate (their price was very reasonable ) and scheduled us to have our unit replaced the very next day. To our surprise he showed up with his team ready to work even though it was raining.They did an Amazing job! Luis took his time to explain everything that was done and how to operate the new thermostat, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured. We will definitely keep using this company and will recommend them to our friends and family. I’m happy to have found an honest and trustworthy company.

Little over 2 yrs ago A#1 Air Installed all new airducks and a/c system on our home. One end of our home Wouldn't cool down and we've had So Many problems with there install. We recently moved into a new home just before Christmas, and with it heating up quicker than expected for Texas in February, we found (yet another) lovely surprise left behind by the previous homeowners. Our upstairs AC/heat pump unit had shorted out and we were left with it getting up to 80/85 degrees upstairs.

We had a local company come out to take a look and were quoted a pretty expected price, really not surprising. Our realtor, however, recommended that we have the folks from QRF Mechanical come take a look.

We were FLOORED to get a quote for less than half the price of what the first company offered. Usually such a drastic difference in price would make us very leery, but Luis was very upfront and straightforward, quick to answer questions with no hesitation, and very personable. Not to mention that they automatically included follow up maintenance plans for the next 2 years as a means of guaranteeing their work.

They were able to come out the next day with all of the needed equipment and were very proactive about showing us what we're working with, the necessary maintenance, and anticipating whatever questions we had. Without any prompting, we were told that we would see them again in 2 weeks where they would check up on the system health and even do quick maintenance on our other (super old) unit.

They were professional, respectful, and so so amazing. Seriously, these are the guys to go to if you are looking to get quick, professional service with an insanely reasonable price! Thanks guys, we are truly impressed!

Bengies AC was fabulous! They were so quick to come out and check my house and they did a great job of installing a new AC/heater in my home! Their price was fair and they were hard workers! I would definitely call them again!

-Sporadic replies and eventually stopped replying
-I asked for multiple quotes and Goss never got back to me
-Charges $75 for diagnosis while other servicers offer free diagnosis and consultation . Wish I was disclosed this prior to having him come out

We have used LD Goss for over 20 years, in 4 different houses. He has always went above and beyond and gives excellent service.

I have used Mr. Goss for over 20 years and he is honest, reliable, and has always fixed any issues the same day. He installed a new system in our home over 23 years ago and it still works perfect. Only had a couple of small parts replaced due to wear. Anytime you have an emergency he will be there on time. Great customer service.
