I recently had a bad experience with another hvac company and I contacted Operation HVAC hoping to get the help I needed for repairs. To their credit, they immediately started to take time out of their very busy schedule to help me when I was not even a customer of theirs by calling parts distributors and the manufacturer and tracking an issue that was not even theirs. This company took better care of a potential customer than a company that already had me as a customer. I will now be calling upon Operation HVAC for being a customer/people/Vet oriented company for my Air Conditioning needs.

They came originally to promote their services by cleaning our ac for free, but at the time our house almost caught fire from a bad electrical outlet and they gone ahead and took care of that for us too! Not only that, but they took the time to help us step by step replace our melted outlet. They are great teachers and heroes. If I could 10/10 for sure . They went out of their way to look out for us and we won't forget it. Very kind, very patient, community oriented gentleman.

Jason was courteous, very professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he quickly identify the problem and replace the part, he pointed out that we had missed our prepaid spring maintenance and encouraged us to use it and explained what routine maintenance needed to be done. Despite it being almost 9 p.m., he was friendly to our cats and petted them. Jason had to have been tired after a long, hot Texas day, but he didn't let it show.

Professional, courteous, informative, and completely familiar with the system. Plus, he has a great attitude. He diagnosed quickly and installed a new thermostat. I didn’t see a wasted minute. He’s a winner.

Manuel and Jose Zapata makeup the 2-man team that installed our new HVAC system. Their workmanship was top notch. The subtle touches like placing the P-trap over the drip pan, the re-route of the wiring, suspension of the equipment and bracing of the drain pipe is next level attention to detail. Both were in constant communication throughout the installation process. I highly recommend this team for your HVAC installation.
