Crawford has been good to us. We were connected to them through Costco for their contract offering. We had a lot of issues with our HVAC/AC even though it was only 6 years old. We have a home warranty through Choice and they wouldn't cover anything. We got a flat rate diagnostic from Crawford as a member rate via Costco, though the initial problem identified was not actually correct, they got a new outdoor AC unit and replaced it, and took off the fee for the valve that we paid to replace first since it didn't fix the issue.

Richard Martinez was the best of the technicians that we worked with; kind, professional, clearly communicated and provided updates, knew what was going on, and was very efficient. After many tribulations, we now have gorgeous cool air flowing in the house again.

We signed up for the Crawford maintenance plan and are looking forward to years of partnership.

I've used Crawford for both HVAC (Emanuel M) and plumbing (Lee S) and both services were exceptional. The technicians were prompt, polite, and transparent about the work needed during both visits. They also quoted a couple hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars less than several other companies in a quote for our tankless water heater replacement.

Richard Martinez was excellent! Very knowledgeable and thorough and also very personable. I highly recommend his services to anyone!

Got my maintenance done through the service plan I have. Easy scheduling and Abel Z. was right on time. I had some issues with the draining that I’d had before, but didn’t realize was reoccurring. It was some work, but Abel Z. got that resolved very quickly and everything is back in business. Great experience

I had a HVAC annual maintenance check done yesterday with Crawford Services. Jason Hice was the service technician. I’m 63, and have had many, many maintenance checks done through the years. Jason is the most thorough, knowledgeable and friendly tech I’ve ever worked with. He takes his time checking the system, walks you through the readings of the system check, and is very willing to thoroughly answer any questions you have. He wants to make sure you’re at ease about everything before he leaves, and he isn’t just trying to rush out the door to get to the next appointment.
I’m grateful for that!

Saturday night our A/C quit working so we called Crawford first thing Sunday morning. Even though it was the weekend, a technician arrived within 4 hours. Jason H., the technician, was friendly, professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had the replacement part we needed in his truck so there was no wait time in getting the repair completed. Jason went right to work and had everything fixed quickly. He was very knowledgeable, had all the right tools and parts and happily answered all my questions while he worked. I could not have asked for a better service experience.
