Scott was amazing! He was very kind and knowledgeable. All Dial One technicians are exceptionally professional.

As always your service was 5 star plus. Scott went above and beyond. This was my winter check up on the heat unit. I suggest everyone invests in the maintenence program for all year on all your plumbing/AC.

Jonathan was in time and very efficient. When he arrived he already knew what he was here for an immediately located the leak in my sprinkler system.

Scott D was an excellent technician. He provided valuable insight while servicing my heating equipment and was very respectful while in my home.

Second time using this company. They do good work and explain the process. They also show you where the damage was and fix it quickly.

We had a water knocking issue in the house and after I had put multiple water arresters throughout I still had problems. They were able to isolate it back to the shower valve in a couple of hours. I would have never thought it would be related to the shower. Amazing work!

James is an excellent plumber. He was thorough in investigating the problem, explaining the situation, and offering several options to fix things. I really appreciated his patience and giving us options.

I felt the technician was very careful and knowledgeable and wasn't just rushing to get done. I also appreciated the photos of the plumbing work he did.

When you find out you need a new A/C system, nobody’s going to be overjoyed about it. But everyone at Dial 1 Johnson made the process as painless and transparent as possible. My Service Technician was very good. He came in identify himself and he was on time. I have a maintenance contract and it didn’t cost me anything additional. I was happy with the service that he did.

I’ve always had a great experience with everyone from Dial One, but James and his team mate were fantastic to work with after my washer flooded my living room. They came back 2 days later to fix the issue caused by Lowe’s washer/dryer installation. They found the issue immediately and solved it very quickly and did it with a smile and lots of patience and positivity.

Travis has helped us several times and he’s always light hearted, funny, and efficient. I’m glad to have a great expose with dial one time and time again. Very good company and the annual membership is worth the investment.

Water pipe repair. We have some other plumbing issues/enhancements to be done and look forward to have Johnathan back out when it warms. He was not in a hurry, worked methodically, and explained every step of the way to isolate the issue. 5 stars every category!

Customer service & reps were impressive. Suddenly our hot water stop working with cold weather days approaching. Once called they immediately contacted a dispatcher and showed up exactly as stated later during the day to fix the problem in about 10 minutes. Although we haven’t contacted them since 2019. I highly recommend doing business with this company.
