Mr Roszkowski was very courteous and displayed the upmost professionalism; We were very blessed to have Mr. Roszkowski perform service to our water lines. I personally would like to thank him for all his great service and advice; Our home had very little water pressure; After Mr Roszkowski from Crawford Service dug up pressure reduction valve and made an adjustment; our water pressure is now normal or better; Thank You Crawford Service.

Abel Z was great and identified some issues with our system. I’m so glad I stay on the maintenance schedule and Crawford and Abel take good care of us!

Justin H was very knowledgeable and well versed. He found an issue that several other plumbers did not find. He showed up as scheduled and walked us through what he was doing and what the solution would be. I would recommend him to anyone who needs service.

My A/C went out and Richard Martinez was able to get it fixed quickly. He was very friendly and took the time to explain why the unit stopped working and what he did to fix it. I hope if I ever have any issues in the future that Richard will be available to work on it again!

We continue to use these services because of the consistent excellent technical expertise and customer service from Richard Martinez. Richard has been our service technician for more than 15 years and he is always our go to person for both heating and a/c issues.

We dealt with this company when they were Crawford Air. We used them based on the recommendation of Costco when we were looking for a reputable AC company.

This was one of the worst mistakes we made and I have voiced this to Costco.

We have had issue after issue with the thermostat they installed. Their service department has been out three different times to check it and tell us there is no issue. The thermostat is defective, period.

They have a service tech, “Joe” who is very rude and condescending. He does not admit we have an issue even though he witnessed it. Each time they reset it and tell me it’s repaired. Never works.

Looks like now they have changed the company name for whatever reason.

If you’re looking for great customer service and honesty. Find a different company to spend your money.

The technician they sent out did a great job. Richard went above & beyond the expected service. He arrived at 5 pm & worked diligently until the issue was fixed. It was 8 pm when he left the house. No shortcuts were taken & my system is cooling again!

Richard Martinez was very effifent and professional while servicing ourA/C and heating needs. He took the time to explain everything and he checked both the inside and units. They also arrived on time

Richard Martinez was our service technician today. I would add another (2 stars if I could **). I have never seen a technician wear booties and keep a rag on area without me having me clean up after they work. Explained all the work needed and what was completed. Highly recommend a bonus to senior technicians if they are all prime examples like Richard. Thank you.

Richard Martinez is the best! Ten Stars for Richard. I would give fewer stars for this new company using call center instead of the personal touch we used to get when calling Crawford services.

Just had work done outside due to a pipe leak. Austin L and Dylan L were here out in the cold rain for 4 hours and got the job done with great service. Thanks for the hard and diligent work, they were awesome!

Lee Slocum came out to investigate what was previously deemed a “slab leak”. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was seeing, ran an assortment of tests, and determined it wasn’t a slab leak, but a water line leak down near the street. Saved us a lot of time and hassle. Highly recommend.

For Crawford Services, Manuel and Jose Zapata just finished installing our second system!! We asked for them to come back out again! We could not be more pleased! Just as good as the first system! And they are fast and good.

We came home about noon and found our AC was off. We contacted Crawford and the sent Richard Martinez out. He located the problem and replaced the defective part. He had us back in operation that afternoon. He did a great job and we are very grateful

Richard Martinez from service experts came to my home to check my heating and AC system during our first 2026 winter storm. He explained everything that I needed to know about my system. Answered all my questions as well as make recommendations. fair pricing, extremely professional and courteous. 10/10
