My wife and I really appreciate Austin Lackey. We had a slab leak under our bathroom and closet that happened overnight. Plumbing issues can be stressful, especially when major work is involved, but he took the time to clearly explain what was going on, what needed to be done, and why. He answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with the plan before moving forward. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to be transparent about the work and cost made a huge difference for us. We’re very grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable technician.

Odd they would request a review but here goes:
Dial One and the plumber that serviced my home were a joke. More worried about me signing up for something I didn't need than addressing my issues/reason for the call/appointment. Plumber did not lift a finger or tool besides to turn one outdoor spicket on. Sadly disappointed and frankly pissed they do nothing, try to scam then charge..... for nothing. Thank God there are honest and reputable local plumbers, that happened to fix both issues for less than half of what was quoted by Dial One. Do your research people - Questionable business and practices. Do not recommend.

Great experience. Had a bad leak while out of town. They came and fixed it and took credit card over the phone for payment. Reasonably priced and very competent!

They did great...timely...courteous. didn't try any up-selling. 2nd time used. Will continue using them.

Just had a new garbage disposal installed due to my current one going out. Although I wasn’t prepared to pay the $500+ cost of a new one we decided to move forward with it. Johnathan and Josh were very helpful and quick. They even showed us how to clear clogs to eliminate the need for future service visits. Definitely considering using Dial One for my heating and cooling needs. I had a positive experience from calling to make my appointment all the way until the technicians left my home. If you are deciding not to use their plumbing services, please reconsider. No complaints!

Dial One is so dependable! We appreciate that they are only a phone call away. All of our interactions with service people have been very good. They are always knowledgeable and willing to keep working until they figure out the problem.

I love the prompt response. James knows his craft. And is very friendly and patient when walking me through the repair. The price was reasonable and I'm satisfied with the work. This is also James second time out here. He repaired my gas line last year. He did a awesome job. Thanks Dial One

Great response and great repair. Almost everything went as expected.

I was disappointed that the plumber didn't perform a quality check when he completed his work. I returned home from the hospital to no water turned on in the house. The water was turned on at the street, but not at the house cut-off point. Not only was that inconvenient at 9P.M. at night and not feeling well I had to turn the water on and flush out the mud at the outside hydrant. The plumber should have tested his work. If he had I would have returned home to a home with clean running water.

You can see the water cut-off valve is only six feet from the repair.

The repair hole is still open because I requested that the plumber not fill it in so that I may use sand instead of the rocks that came out.

A side note: I opened the hole and will fill it back in which saved the plumbers time and effort. I still paid the same price as if i hadn't performed the hard work.

Jose did an excellent job fixing our AC! He was not only quick and efficient, but also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was fixing it, which gave us a lot of confidence in the repair. Our system is now running smoothly again thanks to his expertise. Highly recommend Jose and the team at Dial One Johnson!

Allan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything in detail and walked me through his entire thought process.

I just had another great experience with Dial 1. The technician and I talked about what was going on with my unit, the conversation got pricey but I felt in good hands. Technician was knowledgeable and mentioned about taking some classes since his last visit to my house. I applaud him and the company for the continuous improvement of educating their staff. I would again recommend Dial 1 to anyone. My experience, for the past 5+ years, is everyone that has been to my house has been helpful, kind courteous and truthful. Prices are prices but I like to trust in whom I'm giving my money to. I'm just saying. I don't give reviews, but this company is worth it.

Scott was a great tech and had very sound advice/knowledge. He was not in a hurry to rush out and answered all of our questions. He really went above and beyond.

Kerlin has been plumbing for decades, knows stuff. Kerlin was efficient, equipped, and fixed the issue. I will be asking for him by name for future issues. He was kind to me.
