Have used Bon Air in 3 homes for 45 years. The have been excellent with fast accurate service. Jimmy did our routine check up and was thorough and efficient.

Enrique and the team were on-time, professional, polite, quick yet careful, respectful of me and our house, and willing to answer all my questions. It was a full day’s job to remove all ductwork, boots, and vents and replace with new, plus blow in additional insulation. They went above and beyond and left the house, garage, and outside areas clean. We definitely plan to use Bon Air again.

We recently had a tech from Bon Air at our home to check to see if our filter needed to be changed. We have used this company for over 10 years. We have always replaced the filter as recommended by Bon Air. After checking the unit the tech showed us photos of mold growing in what was supposed to be our ac unit and recommended that we have him install a $1,000 air purifier. What he did not know was that our ac unit was professionally cleaned (along with the interior of the house) two months ago thanks to a white mold problem. The following day we had another company check our ac unit for mold. I went up into the attic with the tech and he showed me the interior of the unit which had no mold at all anywhere. The photo he showed us of an ac unit with mold growing in it was not our unit. We will not be using Bon Air for our ac service in the future.

Technician was out here 25 minutes after I placed the call. He was gone in 30. He had my heater back up and running so fast. I will most definitely be using them again. Extremely satisfied.

Ashton was great, came out super knowlegable. was able to troublehsoot my problems and find that it was the controller for my hvac that was epxerincing issues. was in and out in a timely manner and able to get me up and running for the time being on heat at the mometn.

my units appears to have been maintenced by bon air for about a decaded by the previous home owner. so it was nice to see such great customer service that the previous home owner received.

He took the time to complete a thorough check of all our systems, educated us on all his recommendations, and provided clear estimates of all future services needed to keep our units functional. My second time using this repair company. Repeat trouble from 2023. Replacement of circuit board in A/C unit. Tech was excellent in diagnostic of unit and replacement of parts. Service call was HIGH and no senior discount.
Suggest to have surge protection on unit.
HIGH price for this item and installation.

this is the first time I have used Bon Air as my usual HVAC company retired. I was extremely pleased with everyone i spoke with. all were very helpful and most pleasant. my tech, Jimmy Elliot was quick, efficient and quickly determined the problem. it was 103• and he had it corrected in a short time. he was thoughtful and professional and mentioned several services i am indeed interested in but not pushy. price was great. Jimmy is definitely a positive representative for the company. Bon Air is now my a/c company. thanks to all of for making a bad situation so much better.

John was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! He knew exactly what to do to get my heater back up and running! Called in the morning and they were able to send someone out at a time that worked with my schedule. So thankful for Bon Air!

Bon Air takes great care of us for all our A/C needs. Ashton just left and insured everything was working perfectly. The entire staff always treats us well and takes great care of us. Bon Air is the only company we trust to take care of our home.

Our primary AC unit for our house was 28 years old when we moved in to this house 2 years ago. We had multiple quotes to replace it but Cody at Bon Air was the most professional and straightforward rep I’ve ever dealt with on the HVAC side. It’s one of the most expensive purchases you can make for a home and he made it extremely transparent for us. Explaining exactly what SEER rating was recommended for our home, how much it would actually improve our energy bill, etc. He was available day and night to answer any questions we had. I will absolutely keep doing business with Bon Air just for the customer service.

They know their stuff. Could be cheaper, but so could other companies. At least R&R knows their stuff and offer reliable and prompt service.

They were able to come same day and fix problem. Friendly and knowledgeable they will be my new go-to AC company!
