Found them via a print ad and was pleasantly surprised with how competitive their HVAC installation was. We bought a Lennox 4-ton from them in 2017 and replaced our entire system (blower, furnace, coils, outdoor unit). The new unit cools better and uses less electricity. Ask for Curtis at American Air Masters.

We recently used American Air Masters for installation of a second system (for the second floor), repair of the existing furnace (now serving only the first floor), new ductwork for the second floor, and rework of most of the first floor ductwork. They recommended an "outside the box" solution to our issues and substantially underbid another company with a less desirable solution to our situation.

I previously used them for HVAC maintenance and replacement at another home as have other family members of mine. We've been extremely happy with the results of their work and will call them again for maintenance and any other replacement work.

Curtis Dorsey, the owner, often shows up himself for new work or substantial repairs. Curtis has also been able to talk me through basic repair work to our older existing furnace on the phone when needed, avoiding the need for a service call.

Big thanks to the entire team at American Air Masters. My husband and I contracted last November for a two system HVAC replacement with a January install. Half of this set of systems are in the house and inside small closets. The quote respected the size of the closets, and the size of our wallets. The installs made the house look better, and with the additional ask, the team went up into the attic and discovered prior work had knocked the duct work loose in a number of places. This was repaired and replaced for a nominal additional charge. A really nice small business team of people that work for their customers satisfaction.

not sure where all the good reviews came from. horrible customer service. refused to honor the warranty. they said someone would come out but no one did. there was no "exceptional customer service" or "going the extra mile".

Our AC for the master bedroom stopped cooling on one of the hottest days this summer. Curtis was able to come out to diagnose the problem very quickly. After he explained the problem we decided the best plan was to replace the entire unit as it was almost 10 years old. I wish I could post pictures on here to show how clean and professional the install was. Every piece of equipment was meticulously installed by a very professional crew. They even put a cutoff switch in the new drip pan to turn the unit off if the drain gets clogged. Curtis personnaly called the next day to make sure everything was ok. They also took the time to register my warranty. Every detail was taken care of. The entire experience was great from start to finish. The AC industry is full of companies who are not always honest or fair. Its refreshing to have found one that is.

Steve, Larry and Jimmy installed 1of 2 HVAC units at my home. They were professional, knowledgeable, showed up when they said they would, completed the job and cleaned up. They also explained to me exactly how it worked and what I needed to do to maintain it for maximum efficiency. I got several bids on this job from different A/C companies and am very happy that I chose this company to complete the work. The 2nd of the two units will be installed tomorrow and I expect the work will go as smoothly as today.

I can assure you, if you are considering a system replacement, or servicing your existing unit, this is the company you want to do business with. American Air Masters does excellent work and refreshingly they operate their business the 'OLD FASHIONED WAY' by providing outstanding customer service both before and after the sale. I recently had some work done and Greg (my tech) was very courteous and knowledgeable on an install he performed for me. I am very particular and this is the only company I will trust and can be assured they will do it right the first time.

Before I had new equipment installed, Curtis called to explain what the installers would be doing and describe the new equipment.
Jeff, Earl, and Greg installed my new heat pump, air handler, and thermostat.

American Air Masters is an outstanding company. I've used them twice; once in the Fall of 2019 for an AC repair and once in the Winter 2020 for a heating repair. They provided excellent service. They personally answer their phones, come promptly and are very knowledgeable and professional..... and reasonable in their pricing. The technicians are excellent. My system was old, the life expectancy of the A/C unit had ended and died. I used American Air-masters to install a new AC/Furnace in my rental home. The labor warranty agreement had expired just a couple days after purchased. Curtis did not charge me a penny to have it replace. They handle it very professional, reasonable price, well educated, and extremely honest. I have been using their service ever since and no thought of anyone further.
