Curtis and his team went above and beyond replacing our two HVAC units! Curtis connected us with great people to get things like gas lines run to the furnace and coordinating other service providers to make the new systems work in our old challenging house. We have complete trust in Curtis and gave him the run of our house while the work was being done when we were out of town. Oh, and the systems work great at a reasonable price!

Curtis is a honest straight shooter that isn't gonna sell you things you don't need! That's really something you don't see very often anymore! I'm so glad we went with his company. Jeff and Greg came out to do the installation and they were great! They were friendly and professional and went above and beyond and we're extremely satisfied with their work!! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!!!

Curtis and his crew are so awesome. Repair technician Greg so knowledgeable and helpful keeping old system running. Then when I decided to invest in new ac/furnace, Curtis (owner) was very knowledgeable and patiently answered every question. He listened to exactly what I wanted and his prices are the best. On install day, Jeffrey was detail oriented, knowledgeable, and always polite. They even cleaned the mess... so much nicer than last company that replaced ac. I would definitely recommend them.

Contacted American Air Masters to replace my upstairs AC unit. Curtis and crew were great and very reasonably priced. This is the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with.

Bought a new AC unit from them in January 2020. Excellent service. Fast forward to October 2021, Curtis came out on two different occasions within the last two weeks to mess with my AC. First call ended up being a bad zone controller that they didn't install. He double checked all the hardware and verified it was all good. Never charged for the service call. Very nice of him. Two weeks later, the hard start kit burned up. Curtis again came out the same day I called and repaired the issue right away. He again waived the service call since it was a new system and I had been having a rough time all of the sudden with the system. Great guy, great service. Thanks Again!!!

Just had a heat pump installed by Jeff and Earl and we were so pleased with both of them. Great guys, professional and hard workers. Our previous heat pump still worked but needed to be replaced and we didn’t wanted to put any more money in it because it was 20 years old. Curtis made us a great offer we couldn’t refuse. We recommend American air masters because they are a local company with good reasonable prices . We also recommend them because they have outstanding employees who are a big asset to the company.

We have been doing business with American Air Masters going on 10 years and we will keep doing business with them. Curtis and Sheryl are the most honest and professional business owners.
Their staff are truly the best as well. We just had our a/c tune up done the other day and Cody (technician) was wonderful….he called me when he was on his way but I had also received a call from their front office staff letting me know he is own his way (They really keep you in the loop!). When Cody was finished he explained everything that he did and recommended when our next tune up should be scheduled.

By-the-way, they were the ones that installed our whole a/c system several years ago.

I've been using them for years. Always had good experiences. Today they installed a brand new system for me at a great price. Curtis, the owner, is very customer service focused and easy to talk to and knowledgeable. UPDATE 4/21/22 They just did another fantastic install today for me! They always leave my place looking better than when they showed up! UPDATE 6/2/23 STEVE came out and fixed a leak in my drain line very quickly and efficiently. I called at 8am and the repair was done at 10:15am.

They say that good service is dead, but that's not the case with American Air Masters.

Curtis (owner) made time to visit my mother's house on New Year's Day because her heater stopped working and the house was very cold. On a holiday, he diagnosed the problem, sourced the necessary parts and gave us a very fair price. While the repairs were being made, he even brought my mother his own personal space heaters to help fill the gap while the repairs were being made.

In short, he went above and beyond.

Curtis and his team were professional, courteous, kind and highly responsive. The heater at my mother's house is now humming like new and I've asked Curtis to come service the three systems in my home as well.

Several friends recommended American Air Masters and Curtis to me when I went looking for help and I'm very glad they did. The team at American Air Masters is just great. I did not feel price gouged. We were not given any hard sales pitches. They have been nothing but honest, fair, responsive and effective.

Another great experience with Curtis and American Air Masters. We had a down AC unit in the middle of August. Curtis and Jennifer responded promptly, and handled the problem at a fair price for me. They are very straightforward, and there are no surprises. I gladly recommend American Air Masters.

Came back from a trip on Monday and our unit was not working. Gave Curtis a call and he got me on schedule 8am the next morning. Steve came by to check out my unit and I needed a new blower and wheel. They found the part by midday and had my A/C blowing cool air by that afternoon. In less than 24 hours Curtis had my A/C unit running. Great customer service!

Can't say enough great things about Curtis and his team! They ALWAYS answer and always come through when you need them (they have saved me more times than I can count). Not to mention how much they do to go above and beyond. This is not your typical AC company.......you don't get the run-around and upselling, which is refreshing. Everything is done quick and beyond fair on price (if not much cheaper than anyone else). Highly highly recommend!
