Showed up on time, fixed the issue and were completely honest! Will be using again in the future. There are so many shady HVAC companies in the DFW area that you begin to lose faith but these guys are excellent!

Texas Air Pro does more than just HVAC. Brian and Rhys came out to fit one of our toilets. They were on time and fixed the problem in no-time! They wore booties in my home ans were diligent about making sure they left the area they worked in clean. The best part, is the fair price. Couldn’t recommend a company more. My existing warranty company was putting me through the ringer (taking advantage as I’m a single mom), quoted about $22k to fix it and the part wouldn’t be in for 3 weeks.. which didn’t sit right as my AC unit wasn’t even 2 years old. Plus, bo AC in June in Texas?! Absolutely not. Rhys came over and was able to fix my AC within 2 hours and quoted me below $800. Highly recommended

Despite being prompt and fixing my issue. I am dropping them to two stars as months later I find out they knocked down my dryer exhaust vent line while replacing my downstairs damper(next to it). Didn’t say anything, so for a few months dryer lent has been exhausting in my attic!! Of course it is everywhere and thankfully my primary hvac company said something, which prompted me to investigate. When I say everywhere I mean on boxes and sucked into my hvac all over my coils, blower, and ducts. Also I find it odd my upstairs damper, which was fine, stopped working so I had it investigated and one of the wires was cut causing it to not function. Go figure. Currently kicking myself as I should have spent a $100 more for my primary HVAC company to do it.

The person on the phone today doesn’t speak English. Does not understand that I already replaced a water heater with a dripping leak and asked if they wanted my old water heater. Last time they did!

My new tenant let me know her water heater wasn't working and I felt bad because she just moved in! I called water heater pros and they originally told me they could be there between 1-3 and instead they were there before 10am. Within a short period of time they diagnosed the problem and sent me three choices via email. I received a call and the technician explained my options. He was able to replace the water heater that day and I have one happy tenant. It is very hard to find professional and reliable service people nowadays and I am amazed by your service. Thank you!

Having a problem with my unit attempted to contact Enzo couldn't get through to him spoke with Juan he said he would have Enzo call me back then I call back because nobody called me somebody answers the phone Spanish accent acts like he doesn't know who I'm calling says I got the wrong number I asked him if this is j&l and he says yes it is they get their money and then they don't care was quoted $11,000 they charged me $12,000 very unprofessional not to call back in warranty their work

Unprofessional techs that don’t even know how to do there job . Techs just want to go and do there job the easy way and leave. No kind of professionalism or communication whatsoever.

Worst experience. At first everything was great, but after you sign the contract.....They didn't answer calls, text, they didn't finish the work, I'm stillwaiting for the (heating installation) ....It's been 3 weeks already and I haven't heard from them. His name is Bryan Jair. Be careful with this people. I regretted. And I didn't receive the free TV that's a lie too. 😒

Ive had a new ac unit put in back in 2021 ever since my unit has been leaking they come out nothing it just flood into my bedroom had to take out flooring and still they still have not done anything to correct it. I paid good money for them to do a sorry job and stand behind there name and company. Think twice before doing business with this company.

Good afternoon, I’m Ana Herrera & you’re company installed an HVAC system at my house located at 3713 N Oak St Springdale AR 72764, 2 problems I’m having the unit outside is making weird loud noise which is not normal, my husband already called you & you stated that you would send someone to fix it 2 weeks later nothing has been resolved & now my husband saw that the water heater is leaking since one of you’re employees connected the hot water to the system from the attic & you’re employee is saying for my husband to fix it & I paid for this to be installed & it all has warranty now I’m needing this 2 things fixed asap or I will definitely go down to Texas & we will have to speak in person. I will write a review with how unhappy I am with your service too. This is 2 weeks after reaching out this company is unprofessional, don’t answer their phones & one of the employee gave me the number in case I needed anything is saying they never touched the water heater. Luckily I have recording photos text & receipts of everything because I’m getting ready to sue this company!!!Do not recommend at all save yourself the trouble.
