I usually don't write review unless the service is exceptionally excellent. Jim from Bryer Heating and Cooling is extremely responsive and professional. I left a voice mail message and received a call-back within 15 mins and scheduled a appointment with reasonable time frame. What impressed me the most was his professionalism, and honesty. He quickly identified the problem with my A/C unit, resolve the issue and at a super reasonable rate.

Our entire experience with Bryer Heating and Cooling has been wonderful! We signed up after an in home consultation with Mike and had 3 ductless air conditioner units installed in our home less than 2 weeks later! Spectacular service!!

Jim came to my home on time, performed the system checkup efficiently, and answered all of my questions. He also suggested for the thermostat replacement which we agreed on. he best price, products, warranty, and service. Professional, responsible, and caring. I only recommend Bryer Heating and Cooling!

Fast and efficient.

The crew that installed our unit worked hard and even though they had some setbacks, were able to finish the installation the same day. Our only complaint is the NEST Thermostat. So far I have spent 5 hours reading and reviewing how to set the schedule and have been unsuccessful. After spending 1 1/2 hours setting the daily schedule the way I wanted it, NEST decided I didn't know what I was doing and changed everything. I reset the schedule and NEST changed it again. So now I am setting the temps on a daily basis to keep our house at the temp we want.

My service tech extremely punctual, and professional. He found a leak in attic coil late, was back early the next morning with a new coil completed in a couple of hours. Can't beat the price believe me I've contacted eight to ten contractors, most of them double change more than this company. It was the owner that did my work, very personable and informative and professional really great guy. Thanks for your service.
