We recently had an A/C problem and they came the next day we called and completely beat out the competition. We were very imprssed with the hard work they put in.

Rodger is so sweet and fun to talk to. He explained everything very well because I just have no idea about this kind of stuff. He did a great job and I feel very taken care of and the prices are very fair. I recommend highly!

AC went out late Sunday night so called Roger and left a message. He returned my call at 7am, came over at 8am, and by 9:30 had cool air coming out of my vents. He even topped off the freon. Thorough, knowledgeable, honest and fair priced.

Roger is AMAZING!!! We were told we needed a new compressor, capacitor and switch. -OR-a new unit which in 2 quotes was $7500-$10000! Roger lives and works with integrity. Nothing wrong with any part. Just a loose wire. We had him replace 2 old parts just because they were old and we wanted to give him business. Guess what. $155.00!!! Thank God for honest people. 🙂

I have been having Roger service our air conditioner and heating exclusively since 1998. His service has always been excellent and prompt. Our AC unit is old, and Roger has kept it running like a charm for years. He has never tried to sell us a unit, however, he has been honest and helpful in any decisions we have made regarding our decision as to when we should replace it. I would say he is an excellent service man who has the best interest of his customers at heart. He is always cheerful and polite, and when he does any extensive repairs, he always cleans up afterwards. Personally, I would recommend A Better Climate for any one who has HVAC needs. I feel you would be extremely satisfied with their work and prices.

I was having issues almost every season with my A/C not cooling well or something breaking. My upstairs unit quit working and the outside line froze up. Roger, the owner of A Better Climate said he would come out the next morning and see what was going on. He arrived perfectly on time, checked a few things and charged it up with freon. He then proceeded to clean the units and wash the fins, being very meticulous about making sure everything was clean and working properly. I watched him and was impressed with how thorough he was. The price was very reasonable and after this service my units have never worked better. Even the hottest August days this year did not seem to even get close to overtaxing my A/C system. I truly believe that having A Better Climate do a regular minor service on my system with the season changes will add several years to their life. Roger, the owner did not try to oversell me even when I asked him about replacing my unit. He told me exactly what it would take to make my system work correctly. I will definitely be using them for replacement of my units when they finally wear out. Out of all of the repair services I’ve had work on my house, none have impressed me more than A Better Climate. They seem to take great pride in their work and their honesty and fairness are greatly appreciated. Highly, highly recommended!

We had an annual service done by Mike. He arrived on time, performed the service efficiently and explained what he did very clearly. He went beyond to clean up after they were done. We were very impressed with the entire process and would definitely recommend them.

This was not an easy job, sticking a complete system in a trailer. The techs made the best of the crazy twists and turns that happened during installation. They talked to us, explained everything. I highly recommend Bryer Heating and Cooling, they won't rip you off like many other businesses, they won't take advantage of you non-working AC or heater to jack up the prices and fees. Very honest and transparent with the lowest prices. I have the habit of shopping around and found this place to be my winner all the times.

First, I will start by saying I live with and take care of my 84 yr old handicap mom. Who was in the hospital and did to be released on Tues Dec 10th, Monday evening Dec 9th, my furnace stop working. Tues a.m I called Bryers to schedule a service call in order to get furnace fixed before picking up my mom. (Did I mention this was the coldest few days yet this year) time scheduled was between 2:30 - 4. The techs arrived around 4:30. They took a look at furnace said there was nothing they could do, (waived my 125.00 ser charge) that they would have to send out installers to look at it they would call first. Moms home from hospital with no heat. Wednesday comes no calls no show. Called Bryers asked what was going on, man didnt understand what happened said they would send someone out they would call first. Thursday still no call mo show. So I called again female on phone was very apologetic noted my info and said I should hear from someone. Needless to say its Monday Dec 16th and I still have not heard from anyone from Bryers Heating and Cooling. I did get my furnace fixed had to call another company. Cost me $25 service charge...ALL I NEEDED WAS A TUBE CLEANED OUT AND A $82.00 IGNITOR I PURCHASED FROM UNITED REF. And it ourselves. So no will I not recommend your company nor ever use your company again. Service tech's either fo not know what they are doing or was trying to take advantage of a old woman and her daughter by saying they needed a NEW FURNACE. REGARDLESS BAD BUSINESS

I'm so happy we found Bryer Heating and Cooling. The installer and his team completed worked as promised and our home is cooling now. He also inspected our furnace and gave us a report. The quote was very reasonable.

I can not recommend Ken enough! We had an issue with our AC and Heater and they ensured it got fixed no matter what! The customer service was beyond any business I have contracted with in the past. As we had to wait for a part, they brought us a portable AC unit free of cost to help us through the hot weather. 100% Approved!!

Excellent service from Bryer Heating and Cooling- needed a new furnace since the current one was noisy -I called them on Thursday afternoon and they got it replaced in the morning the next day- very quick, clean and efficient - they also had my air conditioner fixed and everything working marvelously. One of our home's two air conditioners had stopped cooling. Bryer Heating and Cooling specialist examined the equipment and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor and low coolant. In about an hour or less, our two-zone HVAC system was inspected, repaired, and back to work. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite, and answered all of my questions. Top notch.
