I cannot say enough great things about Comfort Force HVAC! Their customer service is truly outstanding. Every time I called, they were ready to assist me promptly and professionally. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any concerns or questions I had.

It’s rare to find a company so dedicated to providing top-notch service and going above and beyond for their customers. We had an issue in the middle of Summer and didn’t have air conditioning. The technician driver almost 2 hours just to get us cool air again!

I highly recommend Comfort Force HVAC to anyone in need of reliable HVAC services, especially MaCade(spell check), the front office assistant, she’s awesome!

I called Comfort Force because my AC was not cooling and they did the original install. They came out and worked on it for a few hours and the technician said I needed a TPX valve and more Freon. He said to call the office to set up an appointment for them to come out and fill the unit with Freon as he didn’t have any in the truck. I called the office back and said I wanted the TPX valve replaced. They asked what the technician quoted and I said $231. They said the cost would be more like $482 and that does not include the $96 I already paid for them to diagnose the unit. I informed them that I was going to shop around as that price was too high. I called another HVAC company here in my home town and he came out the very next day. He only charged me $95 for a new capacitor and said the unit didn’t need a new TPX valve or Freon.

Comfort Force HVAC has amazing service. Called for air conditioning service and they were here within a couple hours.
Technician was quick to diagnose the problem, repair and have us up and running within an hour. So grateful they were able to help us since it was on a Saturday and extremely Hot out side.

We have always had a positive experience with Confort Force. From scheduling to diagnostics and repair the service is top notch. Would highly recommend Comfort Force for all of your HVAC needs.

We have had numerous companies come out to work on our units in the last 2 years and Comfort has hands down been the best. From the first phone call all the way to the GM stopping by after it was done to double check the work! Their staff are courteous ,prompt, and knowledgeable without being condescending! They were great at showing us what was wrong with the unit and then going over the different options we had to fix/replace. Highly recommend!
