I hired Comfort Force HVAC for the expansion of my business to install another AC unit on the roof of my building and also to fix and service my existing model multiple times over the past 4 years and they have ALWAYS been super quick to come out, knowledgable, and repairs done affordably and with the highest quality. They are professional and work around the schedule of my business for my convenience which I appreciate. I can't recommend them strongly enough!

Very bad customer experience. We are having HVAC issue since past few weeks in our new home that was built by First Texas Home. The vent is blowing cold air for continuously 15 minutes for every one hour. We had complained to Comfort Force and their technician visited 3 times but still the problem is not resolved. Every time the technician visits, they make some changes in the furnace and assure us that the problem is now fixed and we should wait for few hours for the changes to take affect. However, the problem doesn't seems to have resolved and now they are not responding. Every bas customer service.
The lady was very rude in the call and refused to send the technician to resovle the problem. Please don't deal with this company! -
Great service! Quick to respond and very edifying to someone who only knows it’s “hot in here”. Shane’s dispatch service was quick and reliable!

They have been diligent about identifying the problem with my AC and not closing out my account until its fixed. There has been trial and error, but I love the persistence is fixing the problem to ensure a happy customer....5 stars from me!!

Friendly and professional. They kept me updated on a part that was back-ordered as well as when the technician would arrive. Pleased with the service and would use again.

First off, I want to mention that Comfort Force is the warranty company of my First Texas home. The coordination to get a tech scheduled to visit is easy. However, the problem is the day of service. I have needed Comfort Force to check out my HVAC units 3-4 times. Each time given a window of 8am-12pm. EVERYTIME we were scheduled they arrived late, after 12 WITHOUT even a phone call or text. Now I understand that there are other appointments they need to service before me. If time is money, then I feel we should be getting some $$ back. Given the time window we make sure to be available.
I, as the customer, should not need to be the one calling for an update. Comfort Force needs to be picking up the phone to let me know, even if they will be late, what the status of our tech is. I'm sure they have a way to monitor/track their techs while out on service calls. If not, something needs to be quickly implemented. I literally have an appt schedule for today to have our unit's serviced. I will post this (11:55am) and respond when, if ever, I am given an update.
Furthermore, as a veteran owned company, they should understand the consequences of being late to an appt. I am a 24 year AF retiree and show up 15 mins early to every appt. Perhaps I am expecting too much.

Couldn't wait so I called. They said "your technician is running a little bit late, we'll give you a call when they're on the way".
I bet they'll call me within the next 10 mins and somehow they'll be here in the next 20. We shall see.......
*Update at 12:51*
Received a call that tech will arrive in 10 mins.
*Update at 1:07pm*
Tech showed up.

I have a unit that is still under warranty was installed two years ago by comfort force. Technician came out when our heater stopped working and charged a $97 fee for that which I think is totally appropriate and diagnosed what was wrong. They ordered the part, it came in three days. I looked up the part myself it’s a $30 part that will be reimbursed to comfort force because it is under warranty yet they want to charge $300 to install it. It is a small outside defrost board that might take 15 minutes to change out. Called another company and they quoted me 50 bucks to come and do it especially since my part is still under warranty would definitely get a second opinion before giving them your money. 30$ part under warranty =400$ charge no thank you!!!!
Update: from the response from the owner, the “chuck in the truck” is my father who is and was a reputable HVAC company owner (CCs AC and Heat) Who keeps up with his license but is mostly retired so I thought I could find another honest company as not to make an old man work too much in this frigid cold. He installed the board in less than 20 minutes. And my heater is working flawlessly, having watched him work very hard my entire life. I know how “costly” it can be to fix units, install, reinstall when things go wrong etc, but $300 to change out a defrost board is a joke after already paying 100 for you to come out, I would’ve honestly been happy to pay 100 again For the service call, but 300 is pretty steep….(400 total) to replace a board that I will correct myself from previous, my father paid $45 at the Hudson Oaks standard air supply house not 34$ from Amazon . If the technician would’ve gotten here and there were further problems other than the defrost board and he had to stay here longer than 15 minutes, I would’ve gladly paid for his time. -
Comfort Force came out, I was just having circulation issues. They listened to me, check things and fixed the issue. They even changed the air filter that I had bought. They were polite, courteous and very respectful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Their customer service, prices and expertise are outstanding. Needed help with a rebate form from an electric provider and Tischa went out of her way to assist me with proper paperwork. Before I started with this company, I was paying a higher price for yearly checkups and was pleasantly surprised to learn they give a military discount for services. It is great to deal with a company that shows respect and thanks for those of us that served.

I have used Comfort Force for a few years now and have always had great service. Technicians are friendly, professional and respectful. It’s easy to schedule and appointment and I like having them come fall and spring to check everything out.

Josh and his team replaced my 27+ year old AC in record time. Now my AC is putting cold air out way better than it ever has. His service and pricing was great. His team were very professional. Than you very much. I know working on an 80 year old house can be very challenging. You have made miss Abby (my Great Pyrenees) very happy. Momma is also very pleased, and since she's happy we all are happy. Than you very much.

I had the pleasure to have Chandler come out to service my home. He is wonderful, smart and so sweet to talk to. I will use Comfort Force in the future because I want Chandler to come back.

We have been using comfort force for our HVAC service to maintain our warranty. They always do a nice job. Their technicians are polite and very respectful of our home. Our last service was done by Leo. There is a lot of new construction in our neighborhood so there is a lot of dirt in the air. Leo showed us how to clean the dirt from the coils ourselves and saved us a lot of money!

Highly recommend this company. Had an AC problem at 5pm and called to schedule service. Payton was scheduler and said she would have someone there today. 35min later, Joel showed up and diagnosed the problem w/in 10 minutes. Repaired part and had my AC up and running again in less than 20 minutes. Great company, people and service.

Comfort Force has been nothing short of phenomenal. Responsive, accommodative, efficient - the list of positive adjectives can’t be long enough. They’ve covered both emergency needs post-storm when our HVAC system was out of commission and regular maintenance with the same level of care. I can’t imagine calling anyone else.
