Do not hire James Cain, he does not stand behind his work. He will not return my phone calls and is not reliable. He might be cheaper but you will get cheap work. unhappy customer here

Excellent and extremely FAST service! I would highly recommend. The technicians Caleb and Ryan worked fast yet efficiently they left the areas clean and explained exactly what was going on with our A/C system.

If I could give more stars I would. This company is very hard working, and they are always clean and on time! The service tech Tyler is very knowledgeable and super professional when it comes to finding your needs and getting the job done. Communication is on point as well! I recommend everyone use them!

Robby did an outstanding job diagnosing our problem and fixing it on the same visit. A different company had come out 3 times, sold us unnecessary parts/services and failed to correct the problem. Robby got it done right, the first time, one service call. I would highly recommend.

Caleb and team were amazing. From helping me to understand what would work best in the house and showing me here's top of the line Lennox to different Lennox units that would work for our needs as well. Never once felt like him or his team were trying to oversell me. They listened to what I wanted, did a thorough walkthrough/inspection of the duct work and rooms and then gave me quite a few choices. He walked me through the difference in each choice and what it meant. If you are looking for honesty and integrity and a reasonable price with amazing products and services, I would look no further. Honestly the time I took to get other quotes from other vendors was a waste.

My son shared this company information with me as one of my rental’s definitely needed a new install before the heat! They came in at a competitive price but even more importantly, they are professional and done a great job!! This was by far the easiest process ever!

I had a company that go slower and slower to respond to a mini split that was not cooling down like it used to. They did find a couple of leaks but just added some freon which i think was always too low and you would not know how much is in the system unless you removed all of it and added back in by weight. I finally called Infinity A/C and they were able to schedule me in the next day and sent out a tech that tested out the system, vacuumed out the old freon did a pressure test with nitrogen then pumped down the system 3 times to make sure there was no contamination then filled up the system to the correct weight of freon and the system has been running fine ever since.

I needed a new AC unit and coil and I was going out of town in a few days. Kaleb came within a couple of hours, thoroughly assessed my system, and gave me very reasonable solution options. This was Friday and they were able to replace the parts first thing Monday morning. I highly recommend Affinity AC.

It took me a couple of weeks to get my stuff together.No pressure.Just waited for me to contact them when I was ready. Installers, very nice, show me the system. Show me how to use the new thermostat plus I think I got a great deal.

Infinity AC is awesome. They came out to my house on a Saturday, fixed my problem and actually surprised me with such a good price. I’m going to be setting up all my maintenance with them. Michael was such a nice guy and did great work.

Infinity AC is a stand up company. There was an accident during an inspection of the outside unit. I called to ask Caleb if there was anything they could do and they didn't miss a beat. Michael came out and fixed the issue the same day. Very, very, good customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

Infinity AC came out to replace some ducts in the attic and check everything over to make sure it was working properly. They were extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and polite. They did a great job and we are extremely pleased with their work.

This company has the most professional workers with the best work ethic I’ve seen in a long time . They are compassionate about veterans and widows and especially about the excellent completion of each job they do. I can honestly say I wouldn’t hire anyone else but them! The Infinity Air Contractor did an excellent job. He was thorough, knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining the work he did and what he found after a detailed inspection. I was very impressed and will definitely be calling Infinity Air in the future

I sent a message on Nextdoor to Infinity AC because a neighbor was bragging about getting their AC fixed and how good the service was.
My AC was running good one day and not good the next day, good the next, not good the next.
Caleb came out the same day, replace the parts in the outside unit, cleaned it for me and got it working again good as new. I couldn't have asked for faster or better service than from Infinity AC!!

Caleb was incredible. He came early and was very professional and honest. No haggle. He was thorough and was able to send me evidence of the issues with my Ac. Gave me multitple options to choose from. Pricing was very fair. Caleb customer service was off the charts. Ill be a customer for life.
