Ross Airconditioning came in to help us disconnect HVAC lines when we were in the middle of a framing project and needed to install large LVL beams across our living room. They also helped with connecting everything back together and although they needed to return and double check a few things, ultimately all was done correctly. I would recommend Ross Air to anyone in Dallas area.

Ross A/C replaced my unit a couple of years ago and they did a wonderful job. The crew that was sent to my house was very professional and respectful. They had my new unit up and running very quickly. The new unit also saves me $$$ on my utility bills. If you need reliable, competitive service this is the right group for the job.

After a home inspection uncovered some HVAC code compliance issues, I had to have 4 furnaces replaced and some other ductwork issues corrected and I needed it done quickly. WIthin 24 hours of calling, Ross came out and bid, and within a week everything was replaced. Every person I dealt with at Ross was extremely prompt, professional, and kept everything clean with great communication. Spending money replacing HVAC equipment is never fun, but Ross made it about as smooth and painless as it could be. Thank you Jeff, you have my higest recommendation to anyone that asks!

Highly recommend Ross HVAC! Jeff and his team were very attentive and thorough in their efforts to diagnose and repair our system. Ultimately it required a replacement but Jeff was extremely courteous and professional in how the matter was handled. The install crew were excellent and very respectful of being in our house. No complaints and will definitely use them again!

My house had an original unit from the 80's and Jeff helped me get a new unit and got me set up with affordable financing. He answered all of my questions. I got a 10 year parts warranty and he even set me up on a maintenance contract to maintain my unit. I never once felt belittled or intimidated me like other companies that hounded me with relentless texts, emails, and phone calls before I had ever even inquired about replacement. They did an excellent job and even came back to make sure it was running properly.

I’ve had both my upstairs and downstairs systems installed by Cain’s. They were well priced, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job.

Do not use them. They install entire new systems. They do a terrible install and them
N refuse to honor their work. It has cost me thousands of dollars to get others to repair their bad install all within less that a year.
