In the middle of a long hot week we lost our a.c. unit. Circle J came out within 24 hours and got us up & running. Manny did a great job, appreciate the timely response.

What a terrible experience! They came out on a home warranty call and said they were ordering a part. After that, we called them over and over and they kept promising to set up a time. Then.... a week and a half later they finally say the claim for the part was denied by the warranty company. The warranty company said they never received the claim and the part would have been covered. It’s 20 degrees outside. Thanks for NOTHING!

Circle J installed a 4-ton XR17 Trane system with 2-stage cooling that is awesome. They were professional and willing to hussle to get it installed before the rain came. They came highly recommended and they did a great job for our family. Thank you!

What a shame that these guys are being confused with another company that has a similar name. I am a long time customer and have been nothing but pleased with the service I receive from Circle J. Today, I came home to find the first floor air conditioner had stopped working and it was 87 degrees inside.
Called Circle J on a hot Saturday afternoon. The tech was here in thirty minutes. Manny fixed the problem, checked the system to make sure nothing else was wrong and one hour later my house is cool again.
Don't let these other reviews deter you. As I said before, they are for another company. Circle J has had my business for 23 years and I would not consider anyone else.

Circle J Heating & Air from Haltom City has been our go-to a/c company for 9 years. They are very prompt, honest, & reasonable. We’ve had them out at 4 different houses ranging from brand new construction to an older house built in the ‘60’s.
Manny did maintenance on 3 units today. He’s very polite & knowledgeable.

I am so happy that I found an honest and dependable company for my HVAC service and repair needs. After calling Circle J and meeting the technician D.J, I feel that I have found a company that really understands my needs and concern with my 6 year old unit. D.J was very professional and explained everything in detail about the repairs needed for my unit. The price was very fair and the unit is working better than when it was new. Condenser went out overnight, and our tech gave us a realistic timeline as to when he could show up; he was prompt and efficient. He helped me with the warranty on my unit, and had the part replaced the next business day. Could not have gone better. Pricing was extremely reasonable and communication and service were as good as we’ve experienced as homeowners.
