They put in a new coil in my unit quickly and have been very quick to respond if I had any issues or concerns. Especially having a baby in the house it’s nice to have AC people you can trust and that take care of you. Chuck is the service manager and he is awesome and very helpful, and always gets us scheduled quickly. I have had both Angel and Jeremy come by to service/diagnose and both were great!

I had my outside fan motor not coming on and no cold air coming out of the vents. I called an HVAC company and they immediately diagnosed the fan motor was out. I prepaid the part ($1350) and they had me waiting for a week until I called them back for a status update. And the technician stated he didn’t have an ETA for the part and kept pressuring me to replace my whole system because it was old.

I wanted a second opinion, so I called Ahlers Heating and Air. I spoke to Chuck over the phone and requested them to come out. The next day I met with Jeremy and David. What can I say except, Professional, Family oriented and very knowledgeable in their respective fields.

Jeremy explained everything to me as he was troubleshooting my outside unit and keep me in the loop. Within one hour, they had found my issue and were able to resolve it. He had my A/C up and running again before they left.

My favorite thing was he said to me while he worked was, “ its unfortunate that no one take pride in what they do these days.

Everyone wants the easy way out (Like replacing a whole unit) but don’t want to take the time to fully commit to their craft and learn the little tips and tricks.

I knew right then, Jeremy was a genuine individual who wasn’t was going to try to oversell me something that I did not absolutely need. I truly appreciate that.

These guys are the best!! We called another HVAC company (wish we had called Ahlers first) and right off the bat, they told us we needed to replace our whole system! Jeremy with Ahlers came out and got our AC running. It’s super cold now!!. This is how a company should be run. I listened to him explain to my husband how our AC works . Nothing beats experience and knowledge. Thank you Jeremy.

If y’all have HVAC issues, this is who you need to call!

I can say without a doubt I would never recommend Ahlers to anyone. We had a replacement just over 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems. They have come back many times now it's "out of warranty". The A/C fell open in half in the attic because the installer didn't put straps on it. The former installer, named David, has been fired, but now we suffer his poor workmanship. We had to have another company come out prior to this most recent time because we were afraid to trust Ahlers. This company had to acheive constant drain flow and repair the condensate drain and we had to pay them $348.99. When Ahlers just came out this week we had to pay another $129 which is RIDICULOUS since it wasn't installed correctly in the first place. This should have been repaired at ZERO charge since it wasn't installed correctly. I'm very dissatisfied and very upset that we are dealing with COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE.

Ahlers Heating and Air is always my first choice. They never disappoint. Gino Aguilar was on time, very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and repaired my Air Conditioner at a fair price. They are a great company!

Technicians did a great job diagnosing my AC issue with my mini split unit. They were clean and careful taking apart and putting the equipment back together inside the house. They delicately handled the parts and reinstalled everything with care!

So impressed with this service! They were incredibly quick, professional, and efficient. From the moment I called to the time they finished, everything was handled with such care and expertise. It’s such a relief to have our AC back up and running — and so fast! Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and courteous service!!!

I can’t thank this team enough. After being told by another company that I needed a full compressor replacement and ductwork — totaling nearly $3,000 for a 4 years old unit— I reached out for a second opinion. Jeremy came out, quickly diagnosed the real issue (a clogged filter-drier), and fixed it at a fraction of the cost. The system has been working perfectly ever since.
Everyone I dealt with was professional, honest, and responsive — especially Ashley, who made the whole process smooth and easy. No upselling, no scare tactics — just real expertise and integrity. This company is run so well I asked the owner if he would buy a car repair and landscape company so I could dump the losers I'm currently dealing with.

I am not giving a 5 star only because of what previously happened. We purchased an AC from Ahlers Heating and Air back in 2021. We have had problems every since. Our Air condition just went our 2 weeks ago. I called Ahlers because we were supposed to have a 10 year warranty on it that we paid for back in 2021. The only record they had was a service call after we purchased it but it was only the name. The had no record of us purchasing the AC our information was no where in the system. The rep that sold us the unit told us we did not have to do anything with the warranty they would set it up. Well they didn't. Ahlers had no record we were fixing to be some very upset people. When I contacted Ahlers I left a message and Chuck called me back. He had his tech Jeremy dispatched out to my house within 30 min. Jeremy came in and found out that the previous techs did not install the unit correctly nor our vents. Unfortunately, do to them not having any records of us purchasing the unit we had to pay for the labor and the freon. Jeremy worked his butt off fixing my AC, Chuck worked with us on everything else since we did have record of the quote and the service call.. I was hell bent on not working with them anymore but with the Customer service that Chuck and Jeremy gave us. I would call them back and recommend Ahlers. The techs who sold us the AC no longer works there so they had a revamp in the company. I can see why and I am glad the did. If not we would still have issues. If you need AC help call and speak with either Chuck or Jeremy as they are Awesome.

Was chasing a cooling issue back in early July and was diagnosed as either a clogged drier filter or the TXV needing replaced. I hired Ahlers to go ahead and replace both on 7/8/25. That did seem to improve the cooling performance. This past week around the first cold snap, started using the heater and noticed the outdoor unit would only run for 10 minutes at a time before faulting and we would wake up to a cold house. Determined that it was significantly overcharged with refrigerant when the Ahlers technician completed the repair work.

Great company with an outstanding team! Ahlers Heating, Air & Roofing is professional, organized, and excellent with time management. We truly appreciate them allowing us to host our weekly meetings there. Highly recommend for HVAC and roofing services!

These folks share a name with a really bad company- don't judge them! They returned all our calls and pointed us to Circle A Heat and Air in Crowley- who no one should risk doing business with.

Dan did a followup call to fine tuned the original work done at our office in Colleyville and did not charge us. Great experience! Quick, Clean, Professional.

The invoice said honest and integrity. These guys are a bunch of dishonest thieves . The lied to me about a diagnostic the did on a AC unit. They said the changed the part and they never did. Found this out when another honest company came out. Stay clear of them.
