Ahlers Heating and Air provides great quality and customer service. I worked directly with David Ucherek and he helped me maximize my comfort, while minimizing my costs. He is VERY knowledgeable about AC service and I trust and recommend him to all my friends.

I just met with Jason B. He came to my home (same day appointment) and diagnosed one of my units. Not only that, he took the time to educate me and offer multiple potential solutions to the problem. Because of the costs involved, I'm doing due diligence and gathering other quotes for comparison but I hope Ahlers gets the business as I feel that I can trust Jason and the others I've spoke with so far. We’ve used Ahlers twice in the past month for our older AC units on our home built in the 70s.Theresa in the office was prompt to get us on the books & our technician was there when she said he would be. Jason B. Has came out both times & has gone above and beyond our expectations. He takes the time to explain what is wrong & how he is going to fix them in terms that normal people understand. Our AC is back to blasting a lovely polar breeze through our older home & we will be using him from here on out for all of our AC needs!

After receiving 3 other quotes it was suggested that we get a quote from Ahlers. They had what seemed to be the best value for replacing our old system, duct work and all.
I would not recommend this company to work on a dog house let alone a main living space.
New system doesn't work very good. A HUGE MESS was left behind ( mostly insulation).10 days later, several "service calls" later, still not working right. Not to mention all of the things we agreed to buy and pay for with the job. Did not tell us certain things promised could not be done. No communication, did what ever they wanted and were still expecting us to pay for the extras that didn't happen. So sorry we chose this business. Should have kept the old system.

Ahlers gave my family options on repair or replacement on our failing Heating and Cooling system. The techs were polite and courteous. Techs came out to assess the issue in the evening, they came back the next day and put in a temporary AC in the living room, and installed a new unit the next day. Every visit was precisely at the agreed upon arrival time and they completed the work exactly as they said they would. We've all had AC guys that came with a ton of surprises; there were no surprises with Ahlers.

I will definitely be referring Ahlers heating and air to all of my friends and family!

Ahler's heating and air are top notch professionals! They were on time and gave me legitimate options for our old HVAC system. In the case of our rental home it was determined that a new system was needed. They gave us options for replacing the old unit and gave us options to finance the work if needed. It only took them 1 day to get the install complete and now our tenant is super happy! I couldn't be happier with their work.

The tech Jason Buck was prompt and professional. My Nest thermostat was sending a lack of power issue which was causing the AC to not function. Jason was able to isolate the problem to the faulty Thermostat which was replaced by a new one that I was able to purchase from the nearest supplier. Since Jason has a electrical background as well as HVAC he was able to the system up and running quickly.

While HVAC problems can be a headache, I can't say this is the case with Ahlers' service. They've always been prompt, professional, and trustworthy. Thank you for restoring our trust in the HVAC profession.

We found ourselves struggling with a old unit. It wasn't cooling right. The Ahlers team came out and looked it over. Got us taken care of with a affordable cost. We were thankful for the generous help. They did not try to over charge us. Just fixed it. Other companies wanted to replace the unit which we couldn't afford.
