Best supply house to shop at customer service is top of the line, their knowledge of supplies is top of the line, very helpful just an awesome group of ladies and gents! Johnstone Supply, Haltom City one of the best locations to deal with the people behind the counter or very knowledgeable very nice and go out of their way to help you. It’s amazing if you go to other supply house or just close nearby you will definitely see the difference. This location is help me, in many different ways even the manager there has gone out of her way to make things happen. Get the parts for the customers ASAP unlike their predecessor just a mile away. Don’t even care. This location is amazing. I will never stop going here because this is one of the best parts house I’ve ever done well.

They did a full evaluation of what we had vs. what we needed for an add-on project. Thorough quote put together and they followed it to a T. All new equipment and ducts installed - big job but not a big price. Thanks for a wonderful job, the house is comfy and I've lowered my gas and electric bills considerably.

I hired this company to see why my AC was not cooling off my office. I was told that it would be 99.95 for the visit which I agreed to. The guy that came I informed him that I believe that it was the capacitor to the compressor. The guy that came out was super nice and he knowledgeable.

Air conditioner broke overnight. Darren, the HVAC tech was at my house within hours on a Saturday morning and immediately diagnosed the problem. He retrieved the part that needed replacing and was back and completed the repair. The capacitor replacement took just a few minutes - and the price was amazing. Fair, professional, and fast! HIGHLY recommend.

Amazing service! Always clean, tidy and professional!

I initially had them come out to help balance out my upstairs air flow. They added some more returns, corrected some plenum issues, and added some baffles. They did miss adding one of the requested baffles, but were very responsive on correcting the issue.

Last week I came home to find a blown fuse on one of my units that was being caused by a bad controller board. While the company my Home Warrantee sent out gave me a 10 day time frame for getting the part and installing it, Ahlers was able to get the part and have it installed the next day.

They were very helpful and responsive. They took the time to give me all of my available options and weren't just pushing replacement like most of their competition does.

Promptly shows up at noon in the middle of June and gets to work. Hard workers that don’t mind crawling into a 140 degree attic to replace 2 air handlers, clean and purge my 30+ year old system, and install 2 new central a/c outside units. The guy I had (Jason) took the time to professionally answer all of my questions without getting irritated, even my 4 young children didn’t annoy him and they got in his way several times. I had purchased my new equipment at Lowes and although it was the same ton/ size, it did not have the same seer value as the old ones. The technician told me he could make it work and put in the effort until the job was done at 9pm. 10/10 would recommend to others.

Jeremy from Ahlers is a life saver! Jeremy performed thorough inspection and testing to narrow down the AC issue we've been repeatedly having for a few years. He fixed it as expected. What's more impressive was that he smelled gas in the attic and he took the time to find the leak in one of the heaters' gas line. He fixed that too! I can't say thank you enough to Jeremy, as he literally saved our family from a dangerous situation!
