I enjoyed talking to Caleb the other day on a question I had about an air-conditioning problem. Because of a good feeling I had and looking at the reviews from this company, I decided to have him stop by my house today and check my possible problem. I had with one of my air conditioning unit..
He was right on time. I actually found out that the original examination of my air conditioner was incorrectly diagnosed. For me that is about a $1500 savings. Being a retired person, that’s a huge amount. I am likely going to terminate my relationship after eight years with another air-conditioning company and start up with Caleb and Infinity AC
It turns out the prices are a little bit better and I have a better feeling on this expertise as opposed to the original expertise I had after eight years with my original air-conditioning company company.

Had this company install a complete HVAC unit at my residence
in July 2024 and the install was horrible. The company had to return twice to fix issues. However on May 12,2025 the condenser
started turning on and off in quick succession and would not run, it was determined that the unit lost freon because of defective Schrader valve as a result of bad install. Ended up costing me $450 to fix.
Please stay away from this company because they use inexperience unlicensed sub-contractors.

As a proud Navy mom, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to this veteran owned company earlier this year and I am so thankful that I did. I’ve had the best customer service and top notch service with each visit. They do not charge a ridiculous amount for the work, Caleb went above and beyond with our maintenance visit yesterday, and thank God he came out because while doing the maintenance/service he found that our heating system was not hooked up correctly and we potentially could have had some pretty serious issues due to someone else’s laziness/ignorance. I had a very good experience with Infinity AC. They came over within an hour of when I called with a problem. The AC tech Robby Dollar was punctual, friendly and thorough with all his work. In the end he explained all the factors and what my options were and the repair was quick, affordable and professional. I would recommend them.

Caleb came out within a couple hours and explained the issues and options. He also gave some helpful tips to help lengthen the life of my units. We needed a couple pf parts replaced and were all fixed up in less than an hour. The guys were very knowledgeable, trustworthy, reasonable, and professional. Exceptional customer service. I had Caleb come by for a quote of replacing a really old unit at my house and when the fan died as we were both staring at it, he fixed it the same day. They gave me a really good price for a replacement and I ultimately went with them and scheduled an install. These folks truly care about their customers and are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions. Very impressed with them so far.

Both gentlemen were super friendly and committed to their work. We live in a rental property and sometimes you do have a wait yet they manage to work with my schedule and even their dispatcher is amazing.
