I had an excellent experience with Norco Services LLC. From the first consultation to the final service, their team was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. They clearly take pride in their work and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with top-notch results, but Norco Services does just that. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family!

Have used their services twice and they consistently provided excellent work with attention to detail. One job was to assess down unit and they clearly demonstrated the need for replacement and the second job was to assess down unit and they made cost-effective repairs to get the unit back up and running.

Juan and Darin are so friendly, quick, professional and knowledgeable. We had our furnaces, ac units and thermostats replaced. I am one that change always has me skeptical but anytime I have an issue they come out and help me to understand and rectify the issue. Peace of mind is everything and worth every penny! I will recommend Norco Air to everyone I know.

Today, May 2023 it is fixed!!!!! Erasmo is a God send and HVAC licensed! I am so happy that I went up to Infinity Air Conditioning and Heating's Van to see if he could help me. He was finishing up at a neighbor's home and I grabbed his business card to schedule an appointment. Back in December 2022, my blower motor needed replacement. I had a completely different Company come in, whom said they were HVAC licensed, whom completely messed up the blower motor fan wheel by being unexperienced . Found out that the different Company was not legally licensed through TDLR and just a handyman trying to make some bucks. I wish I would have had met Erasmo, owner of Infinity Air Conditioning & Heating, back in December. He will be my go-to licensed HVAC Pro from now on. Darcie Brown Fort Worth
