Got a recommendation from a friend when I thought we had a simple issue at the beginning of summer. It ended up that we needed a new a/c unit all together. My landlord got multiple quotes and decided to go with the original infinity air. When you get something so pricey it’s scary. They provided a nice warranty but you just never know until the time arises if they will truly honor it. Here we are 8 months later and it is the best unit I’ve ever had but then this morning it started making sounds amd the heater had stopped working. and just so happens to be one of the coldest nights yet this year. I called at 6:55am and it sounded like I may have woke him up, but he was here a little over an hour later and fixed it. The problem was the very expensive nest thermostat I bought. (Do not recommend) he replaced my thermostat at no charge because we never originally got the one that came with it and then my family was warm again. I’ve absolutely loved our new unit but this customer service takes it beyond pretty much any customer service I’ve ever experienced. 10 stars!

Called and Erasmo came out that very morning to fix the issue. Not only is he fast but very professional at his work, takes the time to not only explain what the problem is but also shows you where it is. I also love the fact that he doesn't try to upset you anything unless it is something that is absolutely needed or might be a problem in the future. I definitely recommend infinity air conditioning & heating!!!!!

In today’s world reliability, work ethic and attention to detail seem to be a lost art. Not so with infinity. I did my new build ac and heat and every part of my experience with them has been top shelf. Any problems they addressed quickly and every time I call they answer, or call me back nearly instantly.

Erasmo is the owner of Infiniti air. He personally installed, Checked, and made sure that every aspect of my new AC installation was working perfectly. This is a very professional company with no hype; just reasonable prices and careful quality work. If you believe any testimonial, believe this one; I have dealt with several AC companies in my life and have not been nearly as pleased as I was with infinity air.

Last summer our AC went out. We have babies and were worried about the heat. Erasmo came out and fixed our AC the same day to really save the day. For unrelated work, another contractor came out to work on our roof and complimented the quality of the installation of our AC unit. We liked his work so much we asked for a fresh air intake and a whole house dehumidifier. Both of which have reduced the allergens in our house which is a big deal in Texas! We can now enjoy cool and dry inside without any worries. Erasmo was very responsive and informative throughout the entire process and very intentional about his work from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Great service. Very knowledgeable and good at explaining. Came to my house at 10 pm within an hour of me calling and got me taken care of. Returned the next day to get the permanent fix installed.
