Excellent first time customer experience with Jonathan and Nathan. It was storming today so they contacted me and came earlier to make sure I was taken care of. Both were very friendly and thorough. I requested just general maintenance and they also fixed an issue with my coils that was causing water to drip. Prices were reasonable and I will be definitely signing up for routine maintenance with this company! Nathan even took my vent covers outside and scrubbed them with soap and water… he didn’t have to do that so it is beyond appreciated that he was willing to go the extra mile. Jonathan was clear, confident, and knowledgeable in my situation and was able to offer me immediate solutions. Looking forward to having them out again, and will refer them to anyone looking.

David with Air Worth Heating and Cooling came out to service the AC. He arrived quickly after I had placed the call to Air Worth. David went straight to work and completed the job timely. David was very personable and professional. The price was very reasonable also.

Air Worth has been my trusted HVAC company since I bought my house 5 years ago. The reps are very professional and friendly. They were able to keep my unit running until I was ready to replace it. Provided me with options and realistic expectations. They replaced my unit last summer and added a larger vent to my room. Air Worth is worth it.

David was out and did a check up on both my units. He confirmed one was working great and the other unfortunately needed replacement. He did a great job guiding me into the process of replacing my A/C Unit. Matt did an excellent job of giving me a bid and working through that process. When the unit was replaced, Anthony and Jonathan did a magnificent job. They were knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. The additional things Air Worth did and their work was impeccable. I feel as if no part of the installation process was less than 100%. Very satisfied with the process and results.

I was looking for a company that offers seasonal maintenance for my home heating and A/C system. I found AirWorth online and gave them a call. The tech, Jonathan, was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything and was detail oriented. I am so pleased with the professionalism of the entire AirWorth team including Kyra who set everything up. Highly recommend!

My 20+ R410 evaporator coil had non repairable leak discovered on Friday before T’giving. AirWorth tech David discussed options, but without pressure. I elected replacement to the new refrigerant unit package. Installation was done following Monday and Tuesday. Install team Anthony & Jonathan were great and had to deal with 4” downpour Monday. Duct work replacement corrected a poor air delivery to a bedroom. AW owner-president Matt checked the install and our satisfaction. Special kudos to Op Mgr Bry for a follow-up for a need I had after install.

I have a high end furnace and many technicians do not work on it. I called 3 different companies and got a different response from all 3 with “well you will have to replace the entire system and while you are at it the outside unit too!” Enter Air Worth….not only do I now have heat, the expensive part was under warranty AND I learned today, so is part of the labor! The outcome is very different when using an HONEST knowledgeable company! Not one other company mentioned the word WARRANTY!

Grover was fantastic. First technician ever to introduce himself before he entered our home! Would definitely recommend him and Silver Spur every time! When didn't have the right part, he was able to talk me thru how to troubleshoot it until the right part comes in! Thank you Grover for being so awesome!!
