Both my heater and AC were not working and the problem was fixed impeccably! It's hard to find good, reliable trustworthy service, but this company is truly worth the money. Erasmo at Infinity Air answered our call on a Friday after work when we came home to a hot house. He was thorough and took the time to explain our current system, and the service we would need. He was patient, and we never felt rushed through our questions. We will be using him and Infinity from here on out. We highly recommend their services!

Erasmo came out late because we were getting hot and couldn't cool off. He determined the problem was the coil and condenser were both shot! Got the parts we needed the next day and got it running like new! Very courteous, clean and detailed! Great price too! Thanks to Infinity Air, my hot wife is cool once again!

Late last night my heater stopped working ,in our home. And with these freezing temperatures we didn’t think we make it in the cold, so we searched up hoping to find someone to come out in the middle of the night, an we found Infinity Air conditioning &heat. They were here so fast, mr. Erasmo found the problem , luckily he had the part in stock in his Vehicle. And in the matter of couple hours he had my heater up and running. My family and I are great full and this will be our to go to company. Highly recommend. Thank you

So I called infinity Air Conditioning and heating because my heat was just not working and when it did decide to come on it made a horrible noise. So I called them to see if they could come out and take a look and Erasmo came out he got to work quickly and found the issue. It was a pecan stuck in the fan blades of my furnace inducer he got that out cleaned it up. Came back down and explained everything that he did while he was up there. I also have him coming out to do more work on my a/c it self that need to be corrected. This is a great company I can’t recommend them enough. Also very well priced and respectful thank you Erasmo

Complete HVAC installed in older house and we will enjoy the cool air this summer. Happy with the work and they do a good job, these guys are not Chuck in a truck.

Let me just say, this company is more than an A ++ rating. I have searched for 2 years for someone to fix the electrical issues in the front of my house. He was the only one that was able to fix it. My ac bill was running 2~300.00 a month , just running all the time. He was able to come out and replace my inside ac. It does not run all the time. It’s actually cold. His prices are amazing. I normally don’t write reviews, he deserves it. This company is a 100 out of 10 .

DALLAS: Erasmo and the Infinity AC&H team did a great job installing my mini-split in the garage. The things that impressed me most were the level of communication during the setup and scheduling, the fact he took time to research out any nuance pertaining to my exact unit, and the level of work that was done. They quoted a fair price, and simply did the work, staying until it was complete. He also took time to research out details about extended warranties on the unit, and called to let me know the results. That's just not too typical behavior in service in today's world. I highly recommend them

What a honest and professional company! When my 15 year old A/C unit stopped working. I was full of apprehension as most companies come out and tell you need to buy a new unit. $13,000 to $20,000 dollars. That as a retired disabled senior,I do not have. Erasmo was very knowledgeable and utmost professionalism. He thoroughly looked at my unit inside and outside. The repair was less than $500 dollars. I also had him do a modification to my heating unit for winter. Again less than $300. When you don't have the full money income that you did have while you were working. It is great to have a brilliant technician who will repair your unit with only what needs to be done. I strongly recommend infinity as a business you can trust!
