They pitch you a sale then you don’t see them again. My AC has been making noise & the upstairs is running constantly non stop. About to change all of my information & not give them a dime. They can come take the junk they supposedly installed because they’ll still cost me $600 electric bills. It’s suppose to save on my bill but it’s a waste of time & money.

Grover was awesome. This company has been out about 3 times now. Each time I've asked to look for possible leak and each time was told there wasn't. Today Grover found it. Hes was very kind and polite. So if you use this company request Grover to be your guy!!

Grover from Silver Spur was phenomenal. He was able to fix our AC system in 1 day where 10 other techs and 20 visits could not. Grover was a god send and should be promoted or elevated to the highest post at his company. Not only was he courteous and respectful, but also very knowledgeable. Very nice and work was thorough. Great new AC unit and cleaning. Need a new AC call Will he will set you up very nice guy, straight shooter. Also they came the next day to an overnight water heater issue and fixed it also at awesome pricing. Chris was awesome fixing our sudden plumbing issue. He's your man also!

Garret and Chris went above and beyond our expectations. Originally called for a second opinion on our HVAC, they were very comprehensive in their analysis and made sure that we understood any issues and potential future effects. Their passion for fixing issues to provide customers with the highest quality service is immediately apparent. They identified several issues that a competitor completely missed, and still provided a better quote than the competitor. Very nice guys, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend 10/10!

Silver Spur Heating and Air was extremely responsive, friendly and timely! We greatly appreciate that they were able to respond and correct the issue on the same day. Garret took incredible care of us. He clearly explained the issue, what it would take to correct the problem and the associated cost. We are overall very pleased with our experience with Garret and Silver Spur.

Grover and Dillon were great. They came in, asked a few simple questions and were immediately able to get my AC going. The price was right, which I was a little worried about not knowing any base pricing before hand. All in all great service! I would definitely call them again!

The value knowledge and professionalism was great. The one problem was cleanliness after and during the install. There were smudges on the stair rails walls and doors. They left debris on the carpet couch and floors. There was oil on the concrete entryway.

Everyone I've had the pleasure to meet or speak with have all been very well mannered, gracious and professional. I have nothing negative to say. They are my go to for AC service or plumbing from now on, no need to look elsewhere.

The technician was great, he was able to help me and give me immediate service and a clear explanation of the problems that needed to be fixed to get me up and running fast. Silver Spur on the other side, had a lot of flaws as a company, first they claimed that my estimate would be completely free, but failed to mention a dispatch fee for sending the guy out, and not the kind that gets included in the service fee if you go with them, then they promised to get me an estimate on parts and labor for a bigger fix, and I'm still waiting on that 2 weeks later. Will definitely not use them again

Grover did an amazing job! He was polite and very informative. He explained everything he was doing. I asked a lot of questions and he was helpful. Our house is now cold. I could not ask for better service!

Grover was out this morning to repair our air conditioner and not only did he get our air conditioner fixed, he called to provide an update on his time of arrival, he arrived on time and was incredibly polite, considerate and professional. He explained what repairs he completed. Highly recommend for any AC repairs you may need!
