Great price. Much cheaper than other companies. Mike the tech supervisor did an excellent job analyzing the situation as for as where the electricity will run through out my attic and where the a/c wiring and unit will be placed in my enclosed patio. Answer all my questions and believe me I had several. Very patient with his answers. The tech came and did an excellent job with the installation. Also answered all my questions and made sure we knew how to operate the unit before he left. Can't say enough about this company. Will highly recommend!

had my ducks and the blower cleaned. and replaice the vents, too. Ramon and Areat were very polite and helpful with all my questions. the cleaned up after each vent.

Grover was professional, fast and accurate. Knew what the fix was and got the house starting to cool not long after diagnosing issue. Will recommend to fix any A/C job!

Grover was fast and efficient figured out what was wrong in less than 10 minutes with our a/c unit. He called his boss to have them check if it was under warranty and thankfully it was as we are just renting our house. He's friendly and went over and showed us what was wrong with our a/c unit. Told his boss to get the parts ordered and it would be sometime this week to come back out and replace the parts that went bad.

Technician was so polite and explained everything in detail. Will definitely request their services again.

They were great the first time they came, so I got the membership, and everything went downhill from there. I scheduled a heating tune up, and they had to change my appt 5 times. I had taken off work for a few of the times so I completely wasted that… also I called to ask about cancelling the membership and the lady on the phone said “ma’am I am at church”. Not sure how I was supposed to know that. She said she would call me back after church and never did. Don’t get a membership with these guys, you give them your money it’s difficult to get them to follow through!!

Every time a technician arrives at my house for a appointment from this Company, in ths case it was Eric, I'm always met with professionalism and the most accurate diagnosis possible. I bought a system from this company last year and every time I have called them back out for either service or a tune up they have done the most complete job. Silver Spur came out to fix my AC after I had had someone else come first. The first company that came out gave me a hugh quote. Silver Spur came and found the right cause of the problem and fix my AC. They were very knowledgeable and they explained everything so well.
