Ashton and the entire company was extremely professional. I had some trouble last summer with my A/C. Ashton actually diagnosed my problem by texting him some pics. I asked about replacing it but was he able to get it fixed and running for very little $ until it finally killed off this summer. I got 3 bids to replace my entire system. Theirs was not the highest or lowest but I remembered Ashton's honesty from last summer. I went with their bid and am more than happy with the workmanship and quality so far. My house is more comfortable than all the 13 yrs we have lived there. I can't speak highly enough of this company and their treatment of our family as customers. Keep up the good work! I think their reviews speak for themselves.

Paid $800 for a temporary fix, which only ended up lasting 24 hours. When we asked for a bid to fully replace, he didn't check on a lot of the details our other 2 bidders did. Then came back with a higher price after we'd already spent $800 with them! He was quick to come out the first time at least, & was a nice guy. But we ended up going with 1st response air.

These guys are great! I called about our A/C not cooling and a gentleman named Ashton showed up within 20 minutes. He was very professional and super knowledgeable. He had our problem fixed in about an hour and was very reasonable with the charge to fix it.

If anyone is needing their A/C fixed I highly recommend these guys!

Made a phone call and within a few minutes Carl from Jeremiah came and fixed my AC.

Had an appointment set but they never showed up or called to cancel or rescheduled. I drove 2 hours for the appointment.

He was incredibly friendly and walked us through the problems. Did the necessary cleaning and repairs and even put us on a reasonable maintenance plan.

Carl, went right to the problem as soon as he arrived. Same day appointment and I'm satisfied.

Ray came by on time and early on both occasions we sceduled him for recently. He was courteous, professional, incredibly efficient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Service was very good. But the cost for water and chemical cleaning of outside unit which took just 10 min was $ 346 which is really really expensive. I discussed with tech. but he says he has no authority to bargain.
