Very nice people to work with! Even went above and beyond by helping me clean a 100 year old attic! OMgosh, talk about dusty. I believe it added a layer of insulation it was so messy. Now it's all ready for real insulation at a great price with Jeremiah Heating and Cooling.

Do not hire! My AC lost all freon, which I am not sure by now what could cause it. Carl (owner) came out and started inspection. He didn’t explain me much and I started asking questions. He said that AC unit has almost no freon in the system. It’s about 10lb per $85.00. I wasn’t ready for that repair and asked what needs to be done to check the coils to find a leak. He said that 3 lb would be enough. I agreed to proceed. I was surprised when he filled out total 9 lb without telling me a word. He didn’t give me any choice not to spend this $1000 for Freon but proceed with a unit replacment. The price for Schaeder valves was 48.50 a piece, he replaced both of them and added up to 169 instead of 97. On his business card it’s stated that financing is available, yet he wanted $927 total in cash or check. I’ve had enough problems with AC unit in my previous house and familiar with the system, but I had a very first time such cynical rip off. I am not sure how he acts around men, but if you are a single woman, avoid to hire.

Called in the evening on a scorching 100° day. Our air conditioner wasn't working. I had a baby and a long haired dog to worry about. Carl came out right then and fixed it! He wasn't expensive either. Some companies charge extra for emergencies too. Not only did he not do that but the price was VERY reasonable! His card is going on the fridge.

they were competitively priced, arrived on time, were professional and polite. there were some issues with changing out a shower handle and head but they did what needed to be done and made it all good. I really appreciated the way they took care of our issue. I will use them again.

I hired Jeremiah Heating & Cooling to install ducts from existing bathroom fans through the roof. This sounds simple enough, but is a job other companies are unwilling to take. It was easy to schedule, the work was well-done, and fairly priced. I'll hire this company again, and recommend you at least call and give them an opportunity to earn your business - I am certainly glad I did!

This guy totally ripped us off! Said we needed a new compressor that would be covered by our warranty and proceeded to charge us $1900 for “labor.” Ridiculous! When we asked for him to explain the bill and justify the charges he refused. The worst part is the AC unit is not even fixed!!!

Would not recommend. Our old HVAC system had a leak that they said could only be fixed by a total system replacement. The old system was old, and we knew it'd need replacing someday soon and so we went forward with the new one. They installed it in a day but it wouldn't hold the temperature we had it set to - a balmy 76 degrees, much higher than our other fellow TX residents usually do. It wouldn't go lower than 79 degrees. They came out multiple times to try to fix the issue and blamed it on the intake vent cover nor being cleaned (it's spotless except for hardened dirt on there from the previous owners' 20 years of usage), were quick to accuse that we didn't change the furnace filters (we change them every 3 months due to allergies and had literally changed them the day our old system went out), said the insulation on the house was fine and would be able to handle the temperature degree difference without an issue, and then admitted they didnt know how to charge the freon in the new unit and didnt do it right when they installed it. They would not listen to anything we said when we told them we experimented with the thermostat (smart thermostat, Ecobee brand) and when put to a lower temperature, it would go to a lower temperature but hold the same degree difference. For example, setting the cool to 76 made the unit hold at 79, and then setting the copl to 74 made the unit hold to 76. After 3 trips in total over a week because we kept having the same problem, they claimed it's because the unit they installed can't handle the temperature difference between the outside and inside, and blamed it also on the previous owners' add-on unit that doesn't have a direct vent in it (there's one 3 ft from the entrance though), and even though our old unit could do it just fine. They basically told us we'd have to just live with it. They offered no solution. Furthermore, one of them, named Carl, spanked our 3 year old son "in play". Totally unprofessional and unacceptable on all levels. I will be calling their HQ to make a formal complaint. Do not hire these people.

I called Thursday afternoon at almost 3pm and he could have come the same day (after a couple of other calls) but we had an event to attend for our little girl. He came first thing this morning and now we have AC. I love businesses that I don't have to chase down. Bonus: very pleasant ❣️

Carl from Jeremiah heating and air came out yesterday. Not only did he fix the Freon leak, he was so nice and respectful. I will be calling Carl in the future for all my heating and air-conditioning problems. It’s nice to know there’s someone out there you can trust in this industry. Especially being a single woman.

This last summer was brutal and our upstairs A/C unit died in the middle of it. I called several companies to get a tech to diagnose the problem and Jeremiah Heating & Cooling were the only ones who were willing to squeeze me in same day.

Our tech diagnosed the issue and the next day had our estimate. We opted for a new unit since the price of the part was half that of a new one. They had it all installed in less than a week and we are truly grateful for their speed and reliability! You’ve earned another for-life customer! Thank you!!!

I am so glad I called Jeremiah Heating and Air. I called around 4:30 because my heater was not working on the coldest night. The service men called and were at my house by 6:00. They diagnosed the problem and set my heater to work temporarily. They will be back tomorrow with the new part. Personable and professional service!

Carl was on time, professional and courteous.
After troubleshooting the system Carl came to the conclusion the CB was bad, he located a replacement part in a timely matter and had us back up and running.
I would highly recommend this company and Carl.

I called for service because my temperature and thermostat didn’t coincide. I called Jeremiah AC and was told that they might be out either this evening or in am. I rinsed off my outside unit and checked my filter which had recently been changed. My AC started to coincide with temperature. Jeremiah and his co worker just showed up at my door with out any notice. He lied and told me that he’d texted, but then told me he didn’t have my number. $150.00 later he left my house after rinsing my outside unit and proceeded to tell me that my coolant was low and that I probably had a leak. I declined to let them check for a leak because they’re very deceptive and cunning.

So very impressed and appreciative from the first point of contact with Carl. He was extremely responsive to our inquiries, thorough and always positive with a can do attitude. He was here when he said he would be, walked us through what was to be done. Reasonably priced without any hidden fees. Highly recommend Jeremiah Heating & Cooling.
