Zike with Garza Appliance Service responded quickly and was very professional and service friendly. In minutes he identified the problem with the spin cycle of our Maytag washer. He explained the problem to us and gave us a fair cost to repair. When the part arrived he once again showed his professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend Garza Appliance for repair service. Our washer is now working great.

My washer valve went out and I called Garza's Appliances service they came and check out the washer and he took the the part and brought it in a New part and had a 1 year warranty but the part went out about 11 months later, then I called Garza's Appliance Service, they came in and took the part and got a new one and then replaced it. Good thing the second part had warranty and covered the new part. I highly recommend Garza's Appliance service to anyone who's washer goes out. Exceptional work 👍.

It is the 2nd time we used Garza Appliance Service. The first time was for the freezer of the refrigerator of the kitchen in the house we had just bought. This time was for a wine fridge. Although the sensors needed to repair it were back order with Whirlpool, they kept us informed every step of the way. When the part arrived, they scheduled us 3 business days later & the small fridge is now up and running! Very polite gentleman.

I had such a great experience with them. They came in to fix my washer and microwave in the same day. The whole overall experience was done in record time and really appreciated their level of professionalism.

Great service. Hands up to the service men that came to take our old wash and dryer combo and installed the new combo for our apartment. Plus It started to rain hard on them when taking out the old combo. But they continued to their jobs and waited for rain to stop. They could have easily said we will come back. But they didn’t . They got soaked!
