Very unprofessional, especially just two days before thanksgiving for our second refrigerator to go out and not to give a solution just simply say we need to order the part but It won’t be here for 2 weeks just blows my mind how a company is run like this. Highly unsatisfactory also we use choice home warranty and under the claim number it shows the work has been completed and the refrigerator is not working which is
false I’ve tried to contact abner but no reply.

Technician came out and stated that it was a mother board, so I believed them and payed on the spot for majority of the service and replacement part, took them two weeks to get back to me. (They stated that he came the next day to replace the part)which is not true . So as of today they are not covering the warranty, stating the fact that it has been more then thirty days, and instead of stating oh I’m sorry, you know we can send someone out at discounted rate but nope, nothing..sad to say this is a local business that I really really don’t recommend.

Prompt and professional with a very reasonable price. I had already received two previous quotes and both said two just buy a new washer. However I did one more with smart appliance and boy was I glad I did. They ordered the part and install was quick. Machine is working like a charm now and for a great price!

Called Ernesto early Saturday morning for my fridge that stopped working. He was here by 10am and had me back up by 10:30. Great service and customer service. Reasonable price as well.

I'm not one to leave reviews but the work ethic this man has really surprised me. He's genuine, upfront about everything and he will let you know if your machine is even worth the repair. Some people are just in it for the money but I can tell Ernesto takes client satisfaction as a priority.

Ernesto Appliance Repair was excellent—lately hasn’t been responding to text messages I wonder what changed, maybe his number changed.

Was having issues with my stove. Called Ernesto and he was quick to schedule an appointment for that same day. He was open and honest, unfortunately our stove would cost more to fix but he gave us certain brands to stick with. While shopping for a new stove we were able to text him to see if the brand we were getting was good. Over all amazing service and super honest. We will be calling him for any appliance work in the future. 10/10 recommend
