Good but expansive..they charge 105 for inspection of appliance...and if you decide to fix they will add on top of 105 parts and labor..others will not charge for inspections if you decide to fix...

They came same day I called and had parts ordered and washing machine repaired earlier than expected. Great service

I highly recommend this repair service. They were very professional and their technicians were very knowledgeable. They were very reasonable and went above and beyond getting me up and running.

My mom's fridge was not cooling. Needless to say, happened late Friday night. Everything is closed. Called couple places and was told to wait until monday. This young man told me upfront that if a part was needed, it would have to wait until Monday BUT he would come over and check it out. He was on time and very nice, professional attitude. Wearing his mask due to covid-19, which I am very greatful (my mom is 90, can't afford for her to contract anything). Apparently my mother had left the freezer open and froze everything causing the fridge not to cool. He defrosted and explained everything. He could of told me it needed a major repair and I wouldn't know the difference but he didnt!! Very honest and will not hesitate to call him again and recommend him!! Thank you Ezequiel!! God bless

Dryer gave out, I asked my wife to google someone that can repair it got luck and found these guys. They came the next morning and considering how things are today I thought I was gonna have to wait for the parts to come in but dude was prepared. Got everything fixed quicker than imagined and my wife was able to get back to work.

One of the few places to actually return my phone call. The repair was done that same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained what a previous repair man had done and explained why it had failed. I could not recommend any higher than this.

They showed up on time. They were very honest and thorough. We needed a new washer and they were honest in telling us so. Repairs would've been around $1200, we got a new washer for half of that. So thank you for the great service!!

Honest and reasonable. The repair tech was honest and told me he could repair my washer and it would last a while longer but it might be best to but another one. He could've just repaired it and waited for me to call him in 6 months when a different part broke but he was honest and let me decide and I value that. I have a small business that I run the same way.

Great Job!!! Nice, friendly and honest service. He explained EVERYTHING and gave me his recommendations so I may make a proper decision in fixing or junking my 6 year old dryer. I decided to fix and he had it done within an hour. AGAIN, GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

Horrible service. My washer needs suspension rods replaced. They told me that each rod would cost $170, that’s for 4 each. The labor would come out to $160. Since they didn’t diagnose it and since I told them that I would order the parts myself, they would not provide warranty for their service….. in other words, I have to let them order the parts.
Those suspensions cost less than $50 for 4 on Samsung website and $40 for 4 on Amazon, FYI.
A whole new washer with warranty costs no more than $700 new at Home Depot, so you do the math. Nice not doing business with yall. 😂

Honest, on time, helped us navigate the pros and cons of repair of just replacing our fridge. He very easily could have sold us parts but instead was honest and explained it wouldn’t last and that we needed to replace our fridge. So much appreciated and I would recommend in a heartbeat!
