Everyone was a top flight professional from start to finish. Milton was our initial service technician. He patiently walked me through all of my options and educated me through the whole process with complete transparency. Jessica helped me with financing options and offered a high degree of flexibility while helping me with every question I had, never pressuring me into a decision. Pete and Hunter were the techs who came and did the install (we ended up getting a new AC system) and did an excellent job all while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. Joe and I had several interactions over the phone trying to resolve a difficulty that my work schedule presented and did so with a smile in his voice every single time. I even got a "HAPPY HALLOWEEN" from an unnamed employee in the background. I hear you, and I appreciated the holiday sentiment. It was a breath before fresh air to work with a company that has a sincere interest in their customers' experience with them. Great job guys!

The service from American A/C & Heating was awesome. The receptionist was friendly & helpful. Our repair tech Pete C. was very knowledgeable, friendly, sincere & explained things so we understood. Pete & Jessica both did a great job of helping us with the financial aspects. We are definitely looking forward to working with this company. Thank you Pete!

Mr. Lopez was incredibly kind, honest, and knowledgeable. He arrived at the time he promised, provided clear explanations for why my stove had broken down, and offered options for fixing it. His integrity and professionalism made me feel comfortable and well-informed. Although no repair was done today, his honesty assures me that he’ll be my first choice for any future appliance work.

Since i found them in 2021, I only use American AC for my appliance needs. I bought an AC with them in 2021 and they delivered quickly and were able to upgrade to an energy efficient AC. They are always promt when i call for services after the fact and let me know when services are covered under warranty and pricing. They let you know upfront after diagnosing what the problem is and work with you with payments. They get the job done quickly and are always transparent with pricing. I also used them to repair my washer and got it done very quickly. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for prompt, adequate and transparent services for appliance repairs and AC needs!

Great service. I was able to have someone come by my house within the next 2 hours. He was very nice, and explained the issue and gave his professional recommendation. I will be contacting them for any future repairs we need.

Oh! My goodness Mr. Gaddal Lopez came in and check the appliance and provide me with a receipt to my email. Amazing job! He came in earlier than expected. This was my first experience using My Repair Center but it will definitely not be my last. The service tech, Lalo, called me when he was on his way and arrived promptly. He assessed the problem with my Microwave/Oven unit, explained it to me, and ordered the parts needed to repair the unit. He also explained how I could avoid the problem in the future. They could install a whole house surge protector that will eliminate the type of surge that hit my unit. It is cheap insurance and will protect all of our electrical appliances. Before he had left his office called me and said they could install it the next day.
The attention to detail is second to none. I give them a 10 and a thumbs up on service and pricing. You can’t go wrong using My Repair Center.

Lalo from American AC & Heating came to my home to fix my refrigerator. He was very professional and explained the situation very clearly.

If I could have other technicians do half as well as he did.I would be entirely happy.

Balde came out to take a look at our refrigerator and was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way that made sense. He was punctual and respectful of our home, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this company based on our experience with Balde.

Miguel/ American TV & Electronics came to repair my Amana Top Loader washer -he was quick, efficient, courteous & knowledgeable! Also, Miguel arrived EXACTLY during the timeframe I was given by Mr Joe this morning!!! Excellent customer service, AGAIN 👏

***My only feedback is the turnaround timeframe in waiting. This took almost 1mth from initial service call w/ Lalo (who also gave STELLAR service ) until today's 10min repair! Joe Garza was updating me throughout the month but why I didn't completely lose my s!*t was the fact I was given FedEx tracking # on this long awaited part. Thanks for this, Joe- it truly helped

I had a very pleasant experience with My Repair Center. I had an issue with my washing machine. Esteban came by and replaced a part and got my washing machine working. All in all I would recommend My Repair Center to anyone that needs help with any of their appliances.
