By far the worst customer care I have received to date. They so called tech team are less than useful, with contradictions in every sentence! The only thing consistent amongst them was "we don't know whats going on" It is a total customer windup. Unbelievably appalling. Lack of knowledge, lack of basic intelligence and lack of regard for customers.

Took dryer on Monday morning and was told it would be ready by the end of day. I called next day no answer. Went in person and my dryer wasn't even worked on. 3rd day I called and asked if my dryer was ready and finally it was. When I went in person to pick it up and asked about what was done to my dryer they couldn't figure out where the tech was. I was charged $222 for I don't know what was done with it. Wouldn't recommend.

We had a great experience w/this company ! We have Choice Home Warranty who set up appt with Alma’s. They arrived at specified time & fixed the problem. We did have to call them back for another issue which again was handled. Again, they came on time & quickly corrected the problem. They do everything, electrical, plumbing, AC…….. We highly recommend this company !!

Technician was professional and explained the problems with our 2 1/2 yr refrigerator in detail. He also gave us an estimate of the repairs needed. We will definitely call them again in the future.

Ronnie was nice and professional. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions I had.

My dishwasher recently broke, and I reached out to My Repair Center. I was exceptionally pleased with the work. It was done promptly and Gaddal made sure I knew what he was doing and the options that I had. The next time I need a repair, My Repair Center will be my first call.

Excellent service excellent value. Even the diagnostic cost was half of that of Sears. They give excellent friendly service and cost that does not emptying your wallet

Julian Perez was understanding about our issues and very knowledgeable and professional. He even took the time to show me how to maintain and monitor my dryer.

Lalo Garcia was very professional and efficient in trouble shooting my FrigidAire Side by Side refrigerator. Found the problem and fixed it on the spot. Thank you Mr. Garcia.

Ice Maker no work, new one ordered.. very professional and friendly to work with doing business. Wonderful repair company and on time. Will use again and again

Repair man Carlo was very polite and respectful. He did good job in diagnosing the problem. I paid only $65 for the diagnosis but not go any further for the services because of overpricing.

Service was performed as promised. Technician was very friendly. He diagnosed the problem and has ordered the new part.

Claudia was helpful and informative. She is a good salesperson. Esteban was nice and had patience with all my questions. If I had not called American, I would have bought a new washing machine when I didn’t need to.

Technician was great, very professional, but having to pay $65 for them to fix problem they cause is ridiculous. They installed a part in May to get a/c to cool, a/c still under warranty, that part would not allow heater to work. Since they cause the problem why do I have to pay for the service call.Said would call me , have not returned the call.

The finished repair on my washing machine is working perfectly at this writing! My negative opinion of American A C and Heating is the delay of over 12 days to find an LG water pump in a city the size of Brownsville, leaving us with no washer for over 2 weeks. Also, we were charged $400.00 labor because they said that they needed to send 2 men to separate the stackable washer/dryer units in order to work on the washer. I showed them how the whole units could be slid out to give one tech access to the back of the washer. It ended up that they just slid out the units and one tech did the job while TWO OTHER men just watched him and talked on their phones! $400.00 is excessive for a one-man job, in my opinion!

Best of the best very knowledgeable very clean and a very polite person Mr Julian. He came in presented himself and got to work and cleaned his area before leaving……Awesome company highly recommend

Julian was very informative and answered every question I had. He was able to repair my dryer the same day. He also showed me what was wrong with my dryer and gave me tips to helping prevent any further issues.

The service tech Esteban is very knowledgeable about the product and knew right away what the issue was. In no time at all it was fix’s. He let us know all the other services they do. Very nice guy he makes you feel comfortable about his work. I will recommend this company. Thank you

Our washer was not working for almost two weeks and no one could figure out the problem, you guys are a life saver ! Shout out to Miguel he was very nice and fixed the problem quick and his customer service was amazing ! Highly recommend him and this company! If i could give more than 5 star i would .

Hunter and Pedro did an excellent job in at least getting the air conditioner to work until the part was received to be put on. They also did a great job in explaining what was wrong with the unit and how it could be resolved. I await for them to return and put the part that is needed in the system because as of right now those are the only two I trust.
