Saw previous reviews and they came through big time. The team arrived before 9am and was prepared to tear down the dryer. Once opened, it was clear to see more maintenance was required. I was prepared with brand new replacement parts. The price was equal to the work performed. They did a phenomenal job! Thank you!

Did not fix freezer after three visits. Would not keep appointment times and was very rude. Finally had another company fix the freezer. Bad experience all the way around.

Smart Appliance repaired my wash machine in a prompt and timely manner. I was very impressed and happy with their service and results. It is nice to have my wash machine working like new again.

Horrible service, just call them and you will notice the unprofessional way they answer the phone. Office its a joke.

Been like two weeks of the repairs to the dryer. Does the company have any 30 or 90 day repair warranty on the work done. My wife mentions it working worse then before

Even though their technician is pretty knowledgeable, I have to give low marks for the way they handle customers. They hardly ever answer the phone and they don't return messages. It got so bad, I had to drive to their place of business, only to find the place closed. No one around to talk to. I will use someone else next time.

My mother needed to call and get a timeline of when the part they ordered might be in after waiting 11 days. The lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude. Super obvious she was bothered by the question. She answered the question in a very annoyed and angry manner. She spoke to my mother in a very demeaning way. I recommend going with any other company but this one.

After using another repair service whose employees were watching a youtube video on how to repair the dryer we called Smart Appliance. Smart Appliance repaired the dryer for less than the other company and were very professional. We will be calling them again if there are any other issues with our appliances.
