Ernesto did an Amazing job fixing my dryer and refrigerator. He was courteous, affordable and quick. Since he didn't have the part to my refrigerator. We ordered it online and rushed delivery. He said," If the part comes in late at night. I will be here to install it. I know the importance of having you refrigerator going." That was sweet of him. I will definitely be calling him in the future. Hopefully not soon. Lol

We have a motorcoach with a residential refrigerator. While traveling it stopped working so when we got to Harlingen I started searching for appliance repair companies. I found Ernesto after reading many reviews of other companies (no call-backs, no shows, etc) and I decided to give him a call. He not only answered right away but was polite and professional. He asked appropriate questions, and told me he would be to me about 4. He showed up at 4 on the dot and went straight to work. He advised that the motherboard was shorted out and he wasn’t sure replacing it would be the ultimate fix. He gave us the cost of the part and labor and a worst case cost in case we had to replace the other 2 computer boards. You don’t find honesty and integrity like he showed very often these days. He could have just replaced the part and then said - well, we’ll have to replace this one and then this one all the while charges are adding up to a new fridge. I appreciate his business and moral ethics. I feel very confident if you call him you will be pleased with his work!

Ernesto came out right away and figured out the problem within a few minutes on our newer Maytag washer. You can tell he is thoroughly trained on the appliances and knows his stuff! Highly recommend and he is priced very good compared to the Maytag people that wanted double to fix it. I also love how honest he is with his pricing and advice, high quality guy for sure! Thank you ernesto you are our appliance repair guy from now on!

In my opinion Garza Appliance was very attentive to come to our home and access the problem efficiently and got to the problem and had to order replacement parts , which was quicker than I anticipated.... Very Pleased with Zekes work to get'r done in a timely manner... Definitely would recommend there Service... !!!!!! Mr. M

Didn't diagnose problem and quick to change over $1K in parts and labor before Zeke gave up without making repair and leaving me with a broken refrigerator. Refunded $ for some parts, no labor. Had to purchase new frig.

I found this "technician" in the phone book. Things were going well with his $65 dollar diagnostic charge.

I began to feel a little awkward when he chose to argue with a brand warranty representative over getting labor and parts paid for under warranty. Constantly demeaning the representative and generally being unkind on the phone. "She doesn't know what she's talking about...", says the "tech".

Then things turned to mud when he had the gall to charge me more money for sitting in a chair on the phone. I didn't want to cause a scene so I gave him an extra 15 bucks. On top of all else, he told me that if the brand doesn't cover HIS rate that I would have to cover the difference. EVEN if the brand representative stated I would not have to pay a penny more.

The most appalling part of all this is that he decides to be unprofessional and run around stating, "I have other more important customers to attend to."

This Appliance service is a joke. I was a technician for 4 years in the automotive repair industry. I'm appalled and disgusted by this attempt at professionalism and business practice.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Didn't actually get a repair done with them because their policy is to charge a $65 service fee besides parts and labor. I can understand if they come out, give you an estimate and you decide not to get a repair done by them, they have to get paid for taking the time to come out. But if you DO decide to have them repair your appliance, what's the $65 for? You're already paying parts and labor. Went with another repair place that applies their $60 service fee to the cost of repairs and glad I did. Shop around folks. It's worth the extra 5 min. There's plenty of reputable, certified repair places out there. Ask what they charge for labor up front. Don't pay for anything extra that you don't have to.

Very fast, efficient service. Zeke is a very honest, friendly person. Will not use any other appliance guy!

Zeke showed up just in time to fix my washer... what I thought might take a few hours only took about 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem right away, showed me the problem and fixed it for a great price. I highly recommend zeke with Garza appliances.

Our fridge went out on a weekend and the owner arrived promptly with the right part in his truck. The repair was done quickly and for a reasonable price. Very professional and fair - saved us having to buy a new fridge for a while. Would definitely call him again.
